Information About Your Child
Data about your child (e.g., sleep, feeding, growth, weight, or diaper patterns) is used solely to personalize the Application’s features, such as providing tailored recommendations and tracking. This data is not shared with third parties in an identifiable form for advertising purposes. Recommendations are generated using an algorithm based on over 9 years of research and do not rely on Advertising ID.
Data Storage
- Local Storage: By default, all user and child data is stored locally on your device. This data remains on your device while the Application is installed and is deleted upon uninstallation.
- Cloud Storage (Premium Subscription): If you purchase a premium subscription and create an account in Firebase, your data is synchronized to the cloud and accessible on all devices where you are logged in. This data is retained until you request deletion by contacting us at contact.harmony.app@gmail.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Automatically Collected Information
The Application automatically collects:
- Device information (e.g., device type, Advertising ID, IP address, operating system).
- Usage data (e.g., session duration, features used, interactions with ads).
This data is used for:
- Improving app performance and user experience.
- Analytics and diagnostics (via Google Analytics for Firebase, ByteBrew, Firebase Crashlytics).
- Delivering ads (via AdMob, IronSource, Unity Ads), which may be personalized or non-personalized based on your settings.
Advertising ID: We collect the Advertising ID to:
- Enable analytics (e.g., tracking app usage and feature popularity via Firebase Analytics and ByteBrew).

Sensitive data about your child (e.g., sleep or feeding patterns) is not shared with advertising networks in an identifiable form. You may disable personalized ads through your device settings:

Payment Data
If you purchase a premium subscription, payment data is processed through Google Play or the App Store in accordance with their privacy policies. Harmony Baby Tracker does not collect or store your payment data, such as credit card numbers or banking details.

These recommendations are based on professional expertise, best practices, and research in infant sleep and childcare but are general in nature and do not account for the individual characteristics, needs, or medical conditions of each child.
The Application is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed pediatrician, doctor, or other qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a professional regarding your child’s health or development before applying any recommendations provided by the Application.
By using the Application, you acknowledge and agree that Harmony, its developers, affiliates, and partners are not liable for any decisions, actions, damages, or consequences arising from the use, misuse, or misinterpretation of the information or recommendations provided by the Application. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to pursue legal action against Harmony or its affiliates for any outcomes resulting from your use of the Application, as your use constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Use.

- With an Account: Data synchronized to Firebase (for premium users) is stored until you request deletion. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
- Without an Account: Local data remains on your device while the Application is installed and is deleted upon uninstallation.
- Analytics and Ad Data: Automatically collected data (e.g., Advertising ID, usage data) is retained for up to 14 months and then anonymized.
- Third-party services (e.g., AdMob, Firebase, ByteBrew) may retain data according to their own policies.
Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data:
- HTTPS encryption during data transmission.
- Secure authentication and access control via Firebase Security Rules.
