Intro
The following Terms govern all use of CTR.pro software. We may refer to CTR.pro as “Software”, “we”, or “us”.
The Software consists of a publicly available Website (URL address ctr.pro) that has Content, and a Platform for authorized Users. By using any of these, you give consent to the present Terms. The Terms are accepted without modification.
We can update the Terms from time to time and upload them to the Website. If you are a registered user, you will receive notifications on any important changes.
Your Account
CTR.pro is available for Users who are at least 18 years old. To access the Platform, you must create an Account with a verified email and a password. To better know how we store and secure your personal data, please view our Privacy Policy and, if you are an EU citizen or resident, GDPR Policy.
You may create more than one Account if it suits your purposes, although our services are cheaper when purchased from a single Account. You may provide your email and password to third parties at your own risk. You may not buy or sell accounts.
Accounts may not be used for malicious activity (DoS and DDoS attacks, uploading viruses, hacking accounts) targeted towards us, our Software, or other Users. Accounts may not be used to derive information for creation of similar, competitor or counteracting software, including reverse engineering, decompilation, and any similar-purposed activity.
Services
CTR.pro Services consist of traffic generation with a high customization level that shows up in Google Analytics. In the present Terms, all guarantees imply that you have Google Analytics 4 (GA4) connected to your websites and resources, and otherwise are not valid.
To access traffic generation, you need to create a project. Projects are created by connecting an existing domain of a website, setting up traffic parameters and entering at least one search keyword. You may change the settings of a project anytime while it is active.
You may use only domains that you own, rent or legally promote (for example, through a Marketing Agency agreement).
In order for Software to work as intended, at least one of the pages of your domain must be in the first 100 search engine results for the chosen keyword or keywords. In other scenarios we do not guarantee any results.
To prevent malicious activity, we do not allow one domain to be connected to multiple Accounts. If you find out that your domain has been connected by someone else, please contact Support and provide us with domain ownership certificate, or rental agreement, or marketing agency agreement of any kind to retain control of your domain.
CTR.pro Services may not be used for malicious activity (page attacks, advertising budget drain, review fraud, pyramid schemes, etc.) targeted at other websites and resources. CTR.pro Services may not be used to promote materials that are considered illegal in the country of promotion.
Project Plans and Tokens
Projects are divided into 4 Plans with different scales and features. You can learn about Plans in the “Pricing” section of the Website or in the “Tokens” section of the Platform.
Each new Account is given a Demo project, which is 5 free days of Bronze Project plan, so that new Users can observe the quality of our Sotware.
Users can create, renew, and upgrade project plans with Tokens. They are purchased for real money and remain on the User’s balance. This allows Users to manage projects of different scales from a single Account.
CTR.pro does not feature auto-billing, as we aim to create a quality service where you pay only when you need it. However, your projects are auto-renewed when the expiration date comes, if you have sufficient Tokens on your balance. This feature can be turned off when creating or editing a project.
Refund Policy
We build transparent Software and aim to minimize non-satisfaction among Users, but we still provide 100% Unconditional Refund in the first 24 hours after any Token purchase, if you still have these Tokens on your balance. Thus, we ensure that unintended or unauthorized transactions do not disrupt user experience, as well as provide steady guarantees.
To issue Unconditional refund, go to the “Billing” tab in the Profile section, and press the Refund button on the transaction you want to revert. Your money will be transferred back through a payment system, so it may take up to 10 business days. Take note that we accept only cryptocurrency so far.
If more than 50% of our traffic do not show up in your Google Analytics panel, you may issue a 100% Conditional Refund anytime while your project is active. To do that, contact Support and provide them with evidence that at least 50% of our Page Visits do not reflect in your panel. The review may take up to 5 business days, but we usually make it 1-2 days.
Responsibility
Our Software is provided “As Is” and does not contain any warranties except from the Google Analytics guarantee mentioned above. We cannot guarantee the changes in your website's search rankings, SEO metrics, or user behavior, as they are influenced by multiple factors apart from CTR and other metrics that we help with. We also do not bear responsibility for not reaching your pages if they are not in the first 100 results of the search engine on the keywords you choose.
We cannot guarantee that Content that is placed in the Website will be useful to you, although we do our best to make it helpful and easy-to-understand. We also bear no responsibility for any closures of accounts on social media or other websites. You are reminded that the use of CTR.pro could be contrary to their terms and conditions. We take all precautions possible to prevent such situations and to defend our Users, but provide no protection against the actions of the operators of other platforms.
Our maximum financial liability to a User in all events cannot exceed $100 (excluding Refunds that may be higher).
We are not responsible for actions of Users that contradict present Terms. If a User violates present Terms, we reserve an option to delete their account or otherwise remove their access to CTR.pro. If User's actions deal mental, physical, financial, or reputational damage to us or other Users, we reserve an option to request compensation adequate to cumulative damage.
Final Clauses
Any guarantees provided by these Terms are not valid if a User deletes their Account, as we will not be able to identify them.
These Terms will be bound by the law of the United States.
