However, to provide you with personalized astrological insights, this data is transmitted securely to our processing servers on **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)**. This transmission happens solely for the purpose of generating your report in real-time. Once the processing is complete, the personal data is cleared from the server-side memory and is not permanently stored by us.
#### Usage Data
We may also collect information on how the App is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), device type, operating system version, the pages of our App that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data.
## 2. Use of Data
Zodiac AI uses the data for the following essential purposes:
- To provide and maintain the App.
- To process and generate personalized astrological reports and compatibility analysis in real-time.
- To provide customer care and support.
- To monitor the usage of the App for technical optimization.

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our App ("Service Providers"), to provide the App on our behalf, to perform App-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our App is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. This includes AI service providers (such as Google Vertex AI) used to generate astrological interpretations.
## 5. Children's Privacy
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. Since your personal astrological information (Name, DOB, etc.) is stored locally on your device, you can delete this data at any time by:
1. Clearing the App's cache/data in your device settings.
2. Uninstalling the App.
