Zargram Team built the Zargram app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Zargram Messenger at no cost and is intended for use as is. Zargram uses Telegram API so in order to know more details about it please check Telegram Privacy Policy. Also you can download Zargram from GooglePlay.

Also your email, device id, web browsing history, purchase history will be collected. Sharing name, phone, location and files with others is done only with your permission inside the application. For example, when you send an image file to your friend, you have allowed this message to be displayed to your friend. All messages are encrypted and the security of sending and receiving information is guaranteed by us. We are not responsible for attacks and hacks, but we do our best to protect user information. All of this data collection and sharing is the subject of a messenger's activity and service. A messenger cannot function without data storage and sharing. We will handle all transfers securely and confidentially.
SMS and Call Log Permissions
Zargram needs this permission for verify you through a call. We will call you with a random number from our side. On the client side, we check whether the desired number has called you or not. If our number has called you, you will be confirmed and you will enter your account. Google allows Telegram to use this permission & Telegram available on Play Store exactly with this permission & same source & abilities. With this permission Telegram will be able verify your account by a phone call instead of asking you to enter a code. Telegram uses this permission only to confirm receipt of the confirmation call by verifying the number in the call log. This feature is very important in countries which they blocked SMS 5-digit code (https://telegram.org/privacy).
Location Permissions
Zargram needs this permission for share your location and live location in the background with the friends you want to share it with. For example, if you want to send your location live to friends so that they can find you on a street. By confirming this permission, we can share your location with others in the background. Zargram is an UNOFFICIAL messaging app that uses Telegram API so in order to know more details about it please check Telegram Privacy Policy (https://telegram.org/privacy). Zargram is a messenger so users can send text. photo, video, files, location, live location and they can find People Nearby to find new friends. So the user decides whether to share their location with friends or not. If users want to share their location to another people like friends we need location access. If you share a location in a chat, this location data is treated like other messages in cloud or secret chats respectively. If you share your Live Location in any chat or turn on ’Make Myself Visible’ in People Nearby, Zargram will use your data to display your location to those users with whom you are sharing it, even when the app is closed – for as long as you keep these optional features activated.
Request Install Packages Permission
Zargram needs this permission for open apk file for you. Google allows Telegram to use this permission & Telegram available on Play Store exactly with this permission & same source & abilities. Official Telegram uses this permission because messengers are platforms where you can share any type of file, such as apks. When I want to save or share my apps with apk fromat on Telegram, I need this permission to open & install apk files. Telegram is communication services that support attachments. Also Telegram is like a file manager, but it is an online file manager where users can share or save their files to others. Telegram also has an internal browser that you can download apk files from the internet & then you need to install them so you need this permission. One of the uses of Telegram is cloud-based file manager for store & share user apk files, another uses of Telegram is simple internal browser. So we need this permission due to the correct operation of the program & give useful service to users (https://telegram.org/privacy)

Zargram uses phone numbers as unique identifiers so that it is easy for you to switch from SMS and other messaging apps and retain your social graph. We ask your permission before syncing your contacts.
We store your up-to-date contacts in order to notify you as soon as one of your contacts signs up for Telegram and to properly display names in notifications. We only need the number and name (first and last) for this to work and store no other data about your contacts.
Our automatic algorithms can also use anonymized sets of phone numbers to calculate the average number of potential contacts an unregistered phone number may have on Zargram. When you open the 'Invite friends' interface, we display the resulting statistics next to your contacts to give you an idea of who could benefit most from joining Telegram.
You can always stop syncing contacts or delete them from our servers in Settings > Privacy & Security > Data Settings.
Contact List and Phone Number
Zargram collects contact list information to facilitate a seamless user experience by enabling users to easily connect with their contacts within the app. This collection occurs only after obtaining explicit consent from our users. The primary use of this information is to identify when a user's contacts join Zargram, to enhance the app's social connectivity features, and to personalize the user experience. Additionally, we provide notifications whenever your contacts update their names, usernames, or profile pictures, ensuring you stay informed of any changes.

We are committed to safeguarding your personal information and will not share your contact list with third parties without your explicit consent. Zargram employs robust security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure. Users have the right to access, manage, and delete their contact list information at any time through the app's settings. You can always stop syncing contacts or delete them from our servers in Settings > Privacy & Security > Data Settings. Also you can remove your contacts from the Contacts Activity and deny contacts permission for the app at any time.
Terms and Conditions
For use Zargram be at least 18 years old or the age of majority to legally enter into a contract under the laws of your home country and be legally permitted to use the App by the laws of your home country. It is forbidden to use other people's names and photos and to misuse the identity of people's information. You must not use nude or violent images. Descriptions and biographies should not contain violence and nudity. Trying to create an unsafe environment or sending any advertisements is prohibited. Insulting people's belief, gender, and attitude is prohibited. You agree to follow all the rules on this page by joining this program, otherwise your account will be suspended.
