Yours Bank limited company with headquarters in the city of Santa Rosa, state of Rio Grande do Sul, at Rua Guaporé, n° 235, Sala 1, Centro, CEP 98.780-082, registered with the CNPJ under nº 33.632.173/0001- 81 (“Yours Bank”), and DOCK SOLUÇÕES EM MEIOS DE PAGAMENTO SA, a privately held corporation with headquarters in the city of Barueri, state of São Paulo, at Avenida Tamboré, nº 267, Torre Norte, Edifício Canopus Corporate Alphaville, 10th floor, set 101-B, Alphaville, CEP 06460-000, registered with CNPJ under nº 08.744.817/0001-86 (“Partner”), provide a digital payment account with the aim of facilitating your purchases in Establishments and which also allows you to make withdrawals, transfer between accounts, pay bills and utility bills, top up your cell phone, among other features.
In the context of your subscription to the Services and their use, you will have established a direct relationship with Yours Bank, which will be guided by the Terms of Use and any other documents that govern such relationship, as applicable. The Partner, in turn, is a business partner of Yours Bank and is part of the relationship established between You and Yours Bank insofar as the Partner makes available to You, together with Yours Bank, the financial components necessary to provide the Services, including, where applicable, card issuance and provision of a payment account. Due to the existence of this relationship, this Privacy Policy applies to the way in which Yours Bank and the Partner use your Personal Data jointly to enable the provision of Services.
When You use the Services, You entrust Yours Bank and the Partner with your Personal Data. They are committed to preserving this trust. Therefore, this document was prepared with the aim of clarifying which Personal Data is collected from You and how such Personal Data is processed in the context of providing the Services.

1. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW TO UNDERSTAND THIS POLICY?
This document was written in a simple and accessible way, with several examples of the collection and use of Personal Data, precisely so that You can read and understand how we use your Personal Data to offer you a safe and comfortable experience during use. of Services.

3. HOW DO WE USE YOUR DATA?
All data and information about you is treated as confidential and we will only use it for the purposes described here and authorized by you, mainly so that you can use Yours Bank fully, always aiming to improve your user experience.
3.1. Authorized uses
In this way, we may use your data to:
- Allow you to access and use all Yours Banks features;
- Send you messages regarding support or service, such as alerts, notifications and updates;
- Communicate with you about products, services, promotions, news, updates, events and other matters in which you may be interested;
- Analyze user traffic on our applications;
- Personalize the service to increasingly suit your tastes and interests;
- We create new services, products and features;
- Detection and prevention of fraud, spam and security incidents;
- Verify or authenticate the information you provide, including comparing it to data collected from other sources;
- Better understand user behavior and build behavioral profiles;
- Understand consumption patterns to provide special offers to our users, together with partner commercial establishments;
- For any purpose that you authorize at the time of data collection;
- Comply with legal obligations.
Yours Bank collects location data to strengthen security and prevent fraud, even when the app is closed or not actively in use.
From time to time, we may use data for purposes not provided for in this privacy policy, but these will be within your legitimate expectations. Any use of your data for purposes that do not comply with this prerogative will be done with your prior authorization.
3.2 Monitoring

4. WHO IS YOUR DATA SHARED WITH?
As it is a Service that involves payment operations, Yours Bank and the Partner may work together with other companies to carry out various activities, including assessing your financial capacity, such as checking your credit score and monitoring the status of your your registration with the CPF. Therefore, Yours Bank and the Partner reserve the right to share your Personal Data with third parties, in order to receive, analyze and make decisions on requests related to the Services.
Such sharing with third parties may include Personal Data relating to your financial situation and, whenever possible, the sharing will be in a pseudo-anonymized form, aiming to preserve your privacy as much as possible.
Yours Bank and the Partner do not license or transfer your Personal Data, except for the types of companies listed below.
BAND: Your Personal Data, including your Card number, may be shared with Visa for integration (and its additional features, when indicated) into Visa's promotional platforms, so that You have access (and its additional , when indicated) to discounts, offers and promotions made available by Visa and its partners. We recommend reading the platform's Terms of Use and Privacy Notices available at www.vaidevisa.com.br. If You are not interested in participating in the promotional platform, you can access it and request your exclusion, or, if you prefer, activate one of Visa's communication channels and request your exclusion.
CREDIT BUREAU: Yours Bank and the Partner will share your Personal Data, when You consent to subscribing to the Services, with companies that carry out the analysis of your personal profile, in order to provide greater security to operations and avoid possible fraud, for This may indicate that your data has been consulted by Yours Bank and/or the Partner.
FINANCIAL INSTITUTION: Yours Bank and the Partner will share your Personal Data with BANCO VOTORANTIM SA, a financial institution headquartered at Avenida das Nações Unidas, 14.171, Torre A, 18th floor, City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, registered with CNPJ/ME under No. 59.588.111/0001-03 responsible for payment account individualization services with the SPB (Brazilian Payment System), which will integrate your relationship with Yours Bank and the Partner, whenever You have a number bank, agency and account linked to the Services.
DIRECT PARTICIPANT: Your Personal Data may be shared with the financial institution selected by the Partner to enable services related to PIX.
PROCESSOR: Refers to the company responsible for processing your transactions, which may have access to your Personal Data.
Yours Bank and the Partner declare to You that your Personal Data will be shared between them, and must be maintained, for the purposes of complying with user identification rules and preventing money laundering, in accordance with current regulations.
TO SAFEGUARD AND PROTECT THE RIGHTS OF YOURS BANK AND THE PARTNER: WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE PROVISIONS OF APPLICABLE BRAZILIAN LEGISLATIONS, YOURS BANK AND THE PARTNER RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ACCESS, READ, PRESERVE AND DISCLOSE ANY PERSONAL DATA NECESSARY TO COMPLY WITH A LEGAL OR A JUDICIAL ORDER ISSUED FROM COMPETENT AUTHORITIES; ENFORCE OR APPLY THE TERMS OF USE AND OTHER AGREEMENTS MADE WITH YOU; OR PROTECT THE RIGHTS, PROPERTY OR SAFETY OF YOURS BANK AND THE PARTNER, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE REPRESENTATIVES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES OR USERS.
5. IS AN INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA PERFORMED?
Yours Bank and the Partner may transfer Personal Data collected in Brazil to the USA. This transfer will occur when the company responsible for hosting the Personal Data, which may be contracted by Yours Bank and/or the Partner, is located in American territory. However, before transferring your Personal Data to another country, it will be ensured that the country provides the degree of protection of Personal Data required in this Privacy Policy, or that Yours Bank and the Partner will guarantee compliance, regardless of foreign legislation, with principles, rights of the holder and protection of Personal Data set out in this Privacy Policy, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Yours Bank and Partner are headquartered in Brazil and the Personal Data we collect is governed by Brazilian law. By accessing or using the Services or providing Personal Data to Yours Bank and the Partner, You agree to the processing and transfer of such Personal Data to Brazil and the USA, if applicable, subject to the conditions set out above.
6. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AS A PERSONAL DATA HOLDER?
You can always choose not to disclose your Personal Data to Yours Bank and the Partner, but keep in mind that some of this Personal Data may be essential to allow you to register, access and use the Services or some of the features and products offered. to You in connection with this Privacy Policy.

However, for this correction to be effective, we will have to check the validity of the data You provide and, to this end, we may request additional documents or confirmations from you, as a security measure. You can rectify your Personal Data by contacting Yours Bank through the Communication Channels.
- Request for deletion or cancellation of your Personal Data. This right allows You to request the deletion of your Personal Data stored in Yours Bank and Partner databases. All Personal Data collected will be deleted from servers when You so request or when it is no longer necessary or relevant for us to offer you the Services, unless there is any other reason for its maintenance, such as any legal obligation to retain Personal Data or need preservation of these to protect the rights of Yours Bank and the Partner.
To change your Personal Data or delete it from these companies' databases, simply contact Yours Bank through the Communication Channels.
- Request for anonymization or blocking of your Personal Data. If You understand that the request for Personal Data is excessive or unnecessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or that the Processing carried out does not comply with the terms and conditions set out in this Privacy Policy, in such a way that it would be violating data protection rules personal data, You can request the blocking, anonymization or deletion of this Personal Data.
- Right to object to the processing of Personal Data. This right allows You to request to suspend the Processing of your Personal Data in the following scenarios: (a) if You want Yours Bank and the Partner to establish the accuracy of the Personal Data; (b) where You require Personal Data to be retained by us even when we no longer need it, as necessary, for example, to make, exercise or respond to legal requests; or (c) You object to the use of your Personal Data, even though we need to verify that we have legitimate grounds for using it.
- Request review of automated decisions made based on Personal Data collected. We will provide You with the ability to question a decision made automatically by Yours Bank and/or Partner systems, based on Your Personal Data.
- Request the transfer of your Personal Data to You or to third parties. We will provide You, or a third party You choose, with Your Personal Data in a structured format.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time. You have the right to withdraw your consent, however, this will not affect the legality of any Processing carried out before You withdraw your consent. If You withdraw your consent, certain products and/or certain services may no longer be provided. And if this is the case, Yours Bank will notify you the moment this happens.
- Right not to provide consent. You have the right not to provide your consent. However, as the Personal Data indicated in this Privacy Policy are necessary to provide the Services, Yours Bank and the Partner will not be able to provide them to You if you fail to provide your consent to do so. If you disagree with part of the Personal Data requested or with a certain purpose that Yours Bank and the Partner will attribute to your Personal Data, You have the alternative of submitting an objection to the Processing of Personal Data that you disagree with and/or requesting access to your Personal Data .
To present your manifestations, requests and objections related to this Privacy Policy, You must submit an express request, in your name or through your legally constituted representative. This request will not cost anything and can be sent to Yours Bank to the email indicated in clause 8 below. Information and Personal Data that You request may be provided via electronic mail or in printed form, at your discretion.
We may need to request documents and/or specific information from you to help Yours Bank and the Partner confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your Personal Data (or to exercise your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to anyone who does not have a right to receive it.
Yours Bank may also contact you for further information in relation to your request in order to speed up its response. Confirmations of the existence of Personal Data Processing and immediate access to them will be provided, in a simplified format or through a detailed statement, within a period of up to 15 days. For other communications and responses to your requests, such as the portability of your Personal Data, Yours Bank will attempt to respond to all legitimate requests within a maximum of 30 days. However, fulfillment of requests of this nature may take longer than 30 days if Your request is particularly complex or if You have made multiple requests. In this case, Yours Bank will notify you and keep you updated on the progress of your request.

7. HOW LONG IS DATA STORED?
Yours Bank and the Partner keep your Personal Data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of complying with any legal, contractual, accountability obligations or requests from competent authorities, subject to a deadline minimum of 5 (five) years from the date of collection of Personal Data, in compliance with the provisions of Circular No. 3,909 of the Central Bank of Brazil.
To determine the appropriate retention period for storing Personal Data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the Personal Data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your Personal Data, the purpose of the Processing and whether we can achieve such purposes through other means, observing applicable legal requirements.
And if You have registered an Account on the Services, your Account information will be maintained as long as You keep that Account active, subject to the legal period mentioned above, or until the purpose for which the Personal Data was requested is achieved. If certain Personal Data is no longer necessary to achieve a certain purpose, it will be deleted or subject to anonymization.
