End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("the User") and Coding Minds ("we," "our," or "us"). By installing or using the XC-ube app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Coding Minds grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the App on your mobile device.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Distribute or sell the App or any part of it.
Use the App in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
3. Ownership
The App is licensed, not sold, to you. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the App, including all intellectual property rights.
4. Updates
We may, from time to time, release updates to the App. You agree to install updates as necessary to continue using the App. Updates may change or remove certain features, and we are not liable for any such changes.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your access to the App if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must uninstall the App and cease all use of it.
