Workfolio is an offline-first productivity app. We do not collect, track, or sell personal data. Your data stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it.

Data We Collect

We do not collect personal or sensitive data. The app operates fully offline. There are no servers for Workfolio, and we do not transmit any user data off-device.

Data You Create

Any information you enter (projects, work items, company details, notes, categories, and attachments) is stored locally on your device.

Backups and Sharing

You can export your data to a file and share it using the device share sheet. Exported files are created on your device and only shared if you choose to do so. We do not receive these files.

Device Permissions

The app may request access to device storage or files so you can attach images or export/import backups. These permissions are used only for the requested actions and do not enable tracking.

Data Sharing

We do not share data with third parties because we do not collect or transmit any data.
 

Children’s Privacy

Workfolio does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or the age defined by local law). Since no data is collected, no data can be sold or shared.

Security

Your data remains on your device. You are responsible for securing your device and backups. We recommend enabling device lock and secure storage practices.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change this policy, we will update the effective date and provide the revised policy within the app and on the store listing.
