This privacy policy applies to the Wordingo app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Kursat Aktas (collectively, the "Application"). Kursat Aktas is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".

Information Collection and Use

Wordingo does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email, or phone number to play.

A. Information stored on your device
The Application stores gameplay-related data locally on your device, which may include:
• Campaign progress (current level and mid-level checkpoint)
• Coin (gold) balance and related economy flags
• Tutorial / coach flags and local settings (for example sound and haptics)
• A cache of whether Remove Ads is owned
• Recent in-app purchase transaction identifiers (used only to avoid granting the same purchase twice)
Sound and haptics preferences stay on the device and are not synced to iCloud.

B. Information collected by analytics (GameAnalytics)
The Application uses GameAnalytics to understand gameplay and improve the product. GameAnalytics and its service providers may collect or receive:
• Device and app information (device model, OS version, app version)
• Device identifiers used for analytics (such as IDFV); advertising identifiers (such as IDFA) only if available and permitted
• IP address and approximate location derived from IP address
• Session and usage data
• Gameplay / event data we send (for example level progress, floor completion timing, reveal usage, and in-game resource changes). Rejected words and other free-text submissions are not sent.

When you complete an in-app purchase, the Application may also send GameAnalytics a purchase event. That event can include the product identifier, amount and currency, a coarse purchase-context label (for example shop or offer), and an App Store receipt used by GameAnalytics to validate the purchase. Restore of purchases is not sent as revenue. Rejected words and other free-text submissions are not sent.

This processing supports analytics and product improvement.

C. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Application may show third-party advertisements (including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads) using Google AdMob. Ad serving can be enabled or disabled remotely; when ads are shown, Google and its partners may collect or receive:
• Device and app information
• Device identifiers (such as IDFV); advertising identifiers (such as IDFA) only if available and permitted
• IP address and approximate location derived from IP address
• Advertising data (for example ads shown or interacted with)
• Diagnostic and performance data related to ad delivery
• Interaction data related to ads (for example views or clicks)

This data is used to serve, measure, and improve advertisements. Google’s practices are described in Google’s Privacy Policy and AdMob policies linked below.

If you purchase the Remove Ads product, banner and interstitial ads are turned off. Rewarded video ads remain available if you choose to watch them for letter reveals. Ad serving can still be enabled or disabled remotely for players who have not purchased Remove Ads.

D. App promotion measurement (Meta)
The Application uses the Meta (Facebook) SDK for app install / promotion measurement (including Apple SKAdNetwork-related measurement). Meta may receive device and app information and identifiers as described in Meta’s privacy policy. The Application does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission for advertising identifiers; on iOS, tracking remains unauthorized unless you grant permission in system settings.

E. iCloud backup (Apple CloudKit)
If you are signed in to iCloud on your device, the Application may sync a copy of your player state to your private iCloud database (CloudKit), operated by Apple. This may include:
• Campaign progress and mid-level checkpoint
• Coin (gold) balance
• Tutorial / coach flags
• A cache of whether Remove Ads is owned
• Recent in-app purchase transaction identifiers (to prevent duplicate grants after reinstall)

This data is stored in your private iCloud account, not in a public Wordingo profile. The Application does not create its own user account. If iCloud is unavailable or turned off, you can still play; progress then remains on that device only. Turning off iCloud or signing out stops further sync from this device; it does not by itself delete a copy already stored in your iCloud account.

Apple’s handling of iCloud data is described in Apple’s Privacy Policy (linked below).

F. In-app purchases (Apple)
The Application offers optional in-app purchases, including consumable gold packs and a non-consumable Remove Ads product. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Service Provider does not collect your name, card number, or App Store password.

The Application receives from Apple the information needed to deliver the purchase (for example product identifier, transaction identifier, and entitlement status). Transaction identifiers may be stored on your device and, if iCloud sync is on, in your private iCloud database, solely to grant items once and to restore Remove Ads.

Payments, refunds, billing, and family-sharing settings are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. Consumable gold is not restored via “Restore Purchases”; Restore restores the Remove Ads entitlement via your Apple ID. Gold and level progress return via iCloud sync when available.

Cookies and tracking technologies

The Application or its third-party SDKs (currently GameAnalytics, Google AdMob, and Meta) may use SDKs, identifiers, and similar technologies to support analytics, advertising, and measurement. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies. On iOS, you can manage tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The Application does not present an ATT prompt in the current version; advertising identifiers are used only if available and permitted by the system. In-app purchase processing by Apple and iCloud sync are used to deliver the product (app functionality), not for advertising tracking. The Application does not use purchase or iCloud data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider. To exercise these rights, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, contact the Service Provider at krstce@gmail.com.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. Third Party Access

Third-party services used by the Application (currently GameAnalytics for analytics, Google AdMob for advertising, Meta for app promotion measurement, and Apple for App Store purchases and iCloud/CloudKit) may receive device, identifier, advertising, gameplay, purchase, or backup-related information as described above and in their own privacy policies. The Service Provider may share information with third parties only as described in this privacy statement.

International Data Transfers

The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms.

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
• Adequacy decisions or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms
• Your consent, where required and legally permitted

Data protection laws in other countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required by law, the Service Provider will apply appropriate safeguards and obtain any consent required for the transfer.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information the Service Provider discloses to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling will stop the Application from collecting data from your device, but it does not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted to the Service Provider or to third parties.

Data Retention Policy

• Local game data: retained on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the Application
• iCloud player state: retained in your private iCloud account according to Apple’s iCloud practices, until you delete the Application’s iCloud data, disable iCloud for the app, or delete your iCloud account
• Purchase records held by Apple: retained according to Apple’s App Store practices
• Purchase validation / business events held by GameAnalytics: retained according to GameAnalytics’ own retention practices
• Analytics data held by GameAnalytics: retained according to GameAnalytics’ own retention practices
• Advertising data held by Google AdMob: retained according to Google’s own retention practices
• Measurement data held by Meta: retained according to Meta’s own retention practices

You may request deletion of personal data controlled by the Service Provider by contacting krstce@gmail.com. Uninstalling the Application stops further local collection and further analytics from this device, but it does not automatically delete data already held by GameAnalytics, Google, Meta, or Apple (including an iCloud copy of player state).

You can stop iCloud sync by signing out of iCloud or disabling iCloud for the Application in system settings. That does not remove ads, analytics, or App Store purchase processing. To stop seeing personalized ads or to limit tracking, use iOS Settings → Privacy & Security (including Tracking and Apple Advertising) as applicable.

To request deletion of player-state data that the Service Provider can identify, contact krstce@gmail.com. Some data (App Store billing, iCloud account contents, and third-party SDK logs) is controlled by Apple, Google, Meta, or GameAnalytics; the Service Provider will point you to those providers where it cannot delete the data itself.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.

Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 years of age in violation of applicable law. In the event the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided the Service Provider with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (krstce@gmail.com) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Data Breach Notification

If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, providing information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.
