Refund Policy

Winrate provides subscription-based access to cryptocurrency portfolio monitoring, analytics, statistics, and related digital features.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically result in a refund.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase.
Refunds may also be considered in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once for the same subscription.
- A payment was made without your authorization.
- A technical issue prevented you from accessing the paid features.
- You were charged after properly cancelling your subscription.
Renewal payments may be refunded when a request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the renewal date and the subscription has not been substantially used during the renewed period.
Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, violation of our Terms of Use, or substantial use of the service during the relevant subscription period.
App Store and Google Play Purchases
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed and refunded by the respective platform. Winrate cannot directly issue refunds for these purchases.
Apple refund requests can be submitted through Apple Report a Problem. Google Play refund requests can be submitted through Google Play Help.

Please include:
- The email address associated with your Winrate account.
- The transaction or order number.
- The date of purchase.
- The reason for your refund request.
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
