This privacy policy applies to the Wifi Network Tools app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by ASF Immigration Services (collectively, the "Application"). ASF Immigration Services is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:
• Your device's Internet Protocol address
• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
• The time spent on the Application
• Your mobile operating system
• Wi-Fi and network connection information
• Device and network-related information required to provide the Application's Wi-Fi and network tools
• Advertising, analytics, diagnostic, and crash-related information provided by third-party services used by the Application
Location Information
The Application may access approximate and precise location information when you use certain Wi-Fi and network-related features.
Location access may be required by the Android operating system for Wi-Fi scanning, discovering nearby Wi-Fi networks, analyzing Wi-Fi/network connectivity, and providing related network tools. The Application may use approximate or precise location information only as necessary to provide and support these features.
Depending on the permissions granted by you and the features you use, the Application may access location information while the Application is in use. If background location permission is enabled and required for an enabled feature, the Application may access location information in the background to support that feature.
The Application does not use location information for unrelated purposes. You can control, change, or revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings. Revoking location permission may cause certain Wi-Fi scanning or network-related features to become unavailable.
App Permissions
The Application may request certain Android permissions to provide its Wi-Fi, network, device, notification, synchronization, advertising, analytics, and related features. The permissions may include:
• Location permissions (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION): Used when required for Wi-Fi scanning, discovering nearby Wi-Fi networks, network analysis, and related Wi-Fi functionality. Background location may be used only when required for an enabled feature that operates in the background.
• Internet and network permissions (INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, ACCESS_WIFI_STATE, CHANGE_NETWORK_STATE): Used to access the internet, check network connectivity and Wi-Fi status, and provide network and Wi-Fi tools.
• Foreground service permissions (FOREGROUND_SERVICE, FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC): Used when necessary to keep an enabled network-related task or data synchronization task running through an Android foreground service.
• Usage statistics permission (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS): Used when required to access application usage information for relevant device or application usage-related features.
• Notification permission (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used to send notifications related to application features, alerts, status information, or relevant updates.
• Phone state permission (READ_PHONE_STATE): Used when necessary to access limited device or phone-state information required for Application functionality.
• Boot completed permission (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED): May allow the Application to restore or restart certain enabled services or features after the device has restarted.
• Wake lock permission (WAKE_LOCK): Used when necessary to keep the device awake while an active Application feature or task requires uninterrupted operation.
• Advertising ID permissions (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_AD_ID): May be used by the Application or its advertising SDKs for advertising, measurement, analytics, and attribution purposes.
• Advertising attribution permission (ACCESS_ADSERVICES_ATTRIBUTION): May be used to support advertising attribution and measurement.
• Google Play licensing permission (com.android.vending.CHECK_LICENSE): May be used to verify the Application's Google Play licensing status.
• Install referrer permission (com.google.android.finsky.permission.BIND_GET_INSTALL_REFERRER_SERVICE): May be used to support installation attribution and measurement.
• Internal application permission (com.fourg.fiveg.wifinetworkplus.internet.tools.DYNAMIC_RECEIVER_NOT_EXPORTED_PERMISSION): This application-specific permission is used to protect communication with certain internal broadcast receivers and does not itself provide access to personal information.
The Application requests permissions only when they are required for the corresponding functionality. Users can manage or revoke applicable permissions through their device settings. Revoking certain permissions may cause related Application features to become unavailable.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, advertising identifiers, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, advertising, attribution, or service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
Your Rights

Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. The Service Provider may use the information you provide to send important information, required notices, and, where permitted by law, marketing communications.
For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to anglobal55@gmail.com. The information the Service Provider requests will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.
Third Party Access
The Application uses third-party services that may collect, process, or receive certain information automatically when you use the Application. These services may include Google Play Services, Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Firebase Crashlytics.
Depending on the service, information may include device information, advertising identifiers, IP address, app usage information, diagnostics, crash information, and other information necessary for advertising, analytics, attribution, security, and service functionality.
The Service Provider may share information with trusted third-party service providers that process information on its behalf and in accordance with their applicable privacy policies.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• when the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with trusted service providers that work on behalf of the Service Provider and have agreed to handle information according to applicable requirements.
International Data Transfers
The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms, including:
• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
• Adequacy decisions or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms
• Your consent, where required and legally permitted
Data protection laws in other countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required by law, the Service Provider will apply appropriate safeguards and obtain any consent required for the transfer.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling will stop the Application from collecting data from your device, but it does not automatically delete information that has already been transmitted to the Service Provider or to third parties.

Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider retains personal data based on its necessity for the stated purposes:
• User Provided Data: Retained for the duration of your use of the Application plus 12 months thereafter, unless longer retention is required by law.
• Automatically Collected Data: Retained for up to 24 months from collection, unless longer retention is required for legal compliance.
• Location Data: Location information accessed for Wi-Fi and network-related functionality is used only as necessary to provide the relevant features and is not retained by the Service Provider beyond the period necessary for those purposes, unless longer retention is required by law or processed by a third-party service as described in this policy.
• Aggregated and Anonymized Data: Retained indefinitely as it no longer identifies you.
• Data required for legal compliance: Retained as long as required by applicable law.
You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal obligation to retain it.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16 years of age in violation of applicable law.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Data Breach Notification
If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, providing information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with an effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect.

Your Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature or action. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Processing based on other lawful bases is carried out as described above.
