This Privacy Policy describes how the Westline App mobile application and its related services, operated by Mitchell Conway (the "Service Provider"), handle information. Throughout this document, the mobile application and associated services are collectively referred to as the "Application".
Information Collection and Usage
Westline App does not require users to register an account or provide personal details to access its features.
To enable push notification functionality, the Application may collect and process a limited amount of technical information:
Device ID – a unique technical identifier associated with the mobile device.
User ID – a randomly generated identifier created within the Application.
These identifiers are used solely to support push notification services, including registering devices, directing notifications to the appropriate recipients, delivering notifications, and maintaining the reliability of notification functionality.
The Application does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, or other directly identifying details during normal use.
The collected identifiers are not used for advertising, behavioral tracking, analytics, or user profiling.
Device Location
Westline App does not access, collect, or store precise geographic location information from your mobile device.
Third-Party Involvement
The Application may use external notification service providers to enable the delivery of push notifications.
These providers may process Device ID and User ID only to the extent necessary to operate notification services.
The Service Provider does not sell technical identifiers or share them with third parties for advertising, marketing, or unrelated commercial activities.
Notification Settings and Privacy Rights
You may disable push notifications at any time through your device's notification settings.
You may also uninstall the Application to prevent further collection of technical identifiers through the Application.
If you wish to request deletion of information associated with your use of Westline App, or information voluntarily submitted when contacting the Service Provider, you may send a request to v0lp3.ad@gmail.com.
Children's Information
The Application is not designed for children under 16 years of age, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law.
The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or direct marketing activities toward them.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a child below the applicable minimum age, reasonable steps will be taken to delete that information.
Parental or legal guardian consent will be required wherever applicable law mandates it.
Security and Confidentiality
The Service Provider maintains reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information processed in connection with the Application.
Routine technical data processing is limited to Device ID and User ID for push notification functionality.
Although reasonable security measures are implemented, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be entirely secure.
Security Incident Management
If a security incident affects information maintained or processed by the Service Provider, reasonable measures will be taken to investigate and address the incident.
Affected users and competent authorities will be notified when required by applicable law.
Changes and Revisions
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect modifications to the Application, technical functionality, privacy practices, or legal requirements.
Revised versions will be published with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated, and additional consent will be obtained where required by applicable law.

Consent and Acknowledgment
By using Westline App, you acknowledge the processing of Device ID and User ID for the limited notification-related purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Where processing of voluntarily provided information relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing lawfully completed before withdrawal.
