This Privacy Policy applies to the Weather Forecast & UV Index mobile application (the “Application”) developed by Emirhan Salihoğlu (the “Service Provider”).
The Application is provided as a free service with optional Premium features available through in-app purchases.

1. Information We Collect
The Application may collect limited information necessary to provide weather forecasts and improve the user experience.
Depending on the features you use, the Application may access:
- Your approximate or precise location (only with your permission) to provide local weather information.
- Device language and region settings.
- Device model and operating system version.
- Anonymous diagnostic information and crash reports (if enabled by the user).
The Application does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, phone number, or email address unless you voluntarily contact us.
2. Location Data
Weather Forecast & UV Index uses your device’s location only to provide accurate local weather forecasts and UV Index information.
Location data:
- is requested only after your permission.
- is used only while providing weather services.
- is not sold to third parties.
- can be disabled anytime through your device settings.
3. Weather Data
Weather information displayed within the Application is provided by third-party weather service providers.
The Application may send your approximate location or selected city to these services solely for retrieving weather forecasts.
4. In-App Purchases and Premium Features
The Application offers optional Premium features through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
Subscription management is handled by RevenueCat.
RevenueCat may collect anonymous information such as:
- Subscriber ID
- Device identifiers (such as IDFV)
- Purchase history
- Subscription status
This information is used solely to verify purchases and provide Premium access.
The Service Provider never receives or stores your payment card or banking information.
All payments are securely processed by Apple.
5. Automatically Collected Information
The Application may automatically collect anonymous technical information including:
- Device type
- iOS/iPadOS version
- App version
- Preferred language
- General usage statistics
- Crash reports
- IP address (used for security and analytics)
This information cannot directly identify you.
6. Third-Party Services
The Application may use trusted third-party services including:
- Apple (In-App Purchases, Crash Reports)
- RevenueCat (Subscription Management)
- Weather Data Provider (Forecast and UV information)
These services only receive the minimum information required to perform their functions.
7. Data Storage
Most application preferences and settings are stored locally on your device.
The Service Provider does not maintain a database containing your personal weather history or location history.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Data transmitted between the Application and external services is protected using secure encrypted connections whenever possible.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically.
Any changes will be posted within the Application or on the page where this Privacy Policy is published.
Your continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
