This privacy policy applies to the WBILL PDAM app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Metro Multindo (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications and may access device features including:

  • FCM tokens for your device
  • Device identifiers and platform information
  • Notification preferences and delivery status
  • Vibration control to provide haptic feedback for notifications and alerts
  • Device wake functionality to ensure timely delivery of important notifications
  • Boot completion detection to maintain notification services after device restart

  • Foreground services to maintain critical app functionality and notifications in the background

App Verification and Security

The Application may collect:

Note: This Application does not collect advertising identifiers or display advertisements.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Camera Access

You can revoke camera permissions through your device settings, though this will prevent you from attaching photos to complaints.

Media Access

You can revoke media access permissions through your device settings, though this will limit your ability to attach existing images to complaints.

Push Notifications

You can disable push notifications through your device settings or within the Application. This will also disable vibration alerts and wake functionality for notifications.

Vibration and Haptic Feedback

You can disable vibration permissions through your device settings if you prefer not to receive haptic feedback.

Background Services

The Application may run foreground services to maintain functionality. These can be managed through your device's app settings under "Battery" or "App permissions".

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Specific retention periods:

  • Complaint data: Retained for service resolution and regulatory compliance purposes
  • Billing inquiries: Retained according to financial record keeping requirements
  • Location data: Aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes
  • FCM tokens: Retained until you uninstall the app or we receive a deletion request
  • Deep link interaction data: Retained for analytics and improvement purposes
  • Media access logs: Retained for security and troubleshooting purposes
  • License verification data: Retained for app security and compliance purposes
  • Foreground service logs: Retained for troubleshooting and service optimization

If you'd like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact us at gunawan010180@gmail.com and we will respond in a reasonable time.

Children's Privacy

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at gunawan010180@gmail.com so that we can take the necessary actions.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
