If you would like us to delete User-Provided data that you have submitted to us (for example, information you send to us directly by email), please contact us at floactivegame@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where technically feasible, delete or anonymize the data that we control. This may not affect data that has already been anonymized or aggregated, or data that our third-party partners retain under their own legal obligations.

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13.
