This privacy policy applies to the 頑張り応援イナミ app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by tarotaros (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Service Provider respects your privacy. The Application is designed to function primarily without collecting personally identifiable information. However, the Application uses third-party advertising services (Google AdMob) that may collect certain information automatically for ad serving, measurement, and fraud prevention.

Camera Use

The Application may request access to your device’s camera to provide its core features (for example, displaying a camera preview and enabling on-device analysis related to the Application’s functions). Camera data is processed locally on your device for feature functionality and is not sent to the Service Provider’s servers.

The Application does not intentionally capture, store, or upload your camera images/videos. Any camera stream is used only temporarily while the Application is running. If the Application provides a feature that allows you to save content, such content is saved only on your device based on your explicit action.

On-device Processing / Machine Learning

The Application may perform on-device processing (including computer vision or machine-learning-based estimation) to provide its features. Such processing is performed locally on your device. The Service Provider does not receive your camera images/videos, and the Application does not upload them to external servers for processing.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Application displays rewarded advertisements using Google AdMob. AdMob may automatically collect certain information to provide ads, measure ad performance, limit ad frequency, and detect or prevent fraud and abuse. This information may include:

Device information (such as device model, OS version, and language)

App interaction information (such as ad impressions, clicks, and basic usage events related to ads)

IP address (which may be used to derive approximate location)

Device identifiers (including the Advertising ID on Android, where available)

Diagnostic information (such as crash-related or performance-related signals generated by the ad SDK)

The Service Provider does not directly receive your Advertising ID and does not use it to identify you personally. The data collection and processing for advertising is handled by Google and is subject to Google’s policies.

Automatically Collected Information

Outside of advertising functionality, the Service Provider does not intentionally collect usage analytics such as pages visited or time spent in the Application for tracking purposes. However, the advertising SDK (Google AdMob) may collect information automatically as described above for ad serving, measurement, and fraud prevention.

Advertising ID

The Application may use the Advertising ID (or similar device identifiers) via Google AdMob for advertising purposes, including serving and measuring ads and helping to prevent fraud and abuse.

You can reset or limit the use of the Advertising ID in your device settings (depending on your Android version and settings). If you opt out of ad personalization at the device level, Google may show non-personalized ads where applicable.

Location Information

The Application does not collect precise location (GPS). However, third-party advertising services (Google AdMob) may use your IP address to derive approximate location for ad serving, measurement, and fraud prevention.

User Provided Information

The Application does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to use its main features. If you contact the Service Provider by email, the Service Provider will receive the information you choose to share (such as your email address and message content) and will use it only to respond to your inquiry and provide support.

Local Data Storage

The Application may store certain data locally on your device to provide its functionality (for example, session history, settings, or preferences). This data is stored on-device (e.g., using device local storage/PlayerPrefs) and is not uploaded to the Service Provider’s servers.

Third Party Access

The Application may share certain data with third-party service providers to enable advertising functionality (Google AdMob). Such data may include device identifiers, IP address, ad interaction data, and diagnostic information, as required to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud.

The Service Provider does not sell your personal information. The Service Provider does not share your camera images/videos with third parties. Camera images/videos are processed locally on your device and are not transmitted to the Service Provider’s servers.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all use of the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

You can also limit ad personalization by changing your device’s ad settings (such as opting out of personalized ads or resetting your Advertising ID), depending on your device and OS version.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider does not retain personal data from within the Application because the Application does not require account registration and does not upload personal data to the Service Provider’s servers for normal use.

If you contact the Service Provider by email, the Service Provider may retain your email and correspondence for as long as needed to provide support and for a reasonable time thereafter. Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. The Application uses third-party advertising services (Google AdMob). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to the Service Provider, please contact the Service Provider at kororsgemuzhizuobonritorai@gmail.com so that appropriate action can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding your information. The Application is designed to minimize data collection by the Service Provider. Any communication you send to the Service Provider (such as email) is handled with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Data collected by third-party advertising services is handled under those providers’ security practices and policies.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
