Waarta I&C is a personal use application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government entity. The App provides two primary modules:

I&C Module – Users can fill in work progress through a checklist and sync their data using the sync option.

Create Ticket Module – Users can create tickets that are stored locally. When the user syncs from the ticket list page, the tickets are uploaded and displayed in the ticket list.

Location Information: We request access to your device’s location in order to allow ticket creation. This is necessary for the functionality of the "Create Ticket" module.

User Data Input: Any information you enter into checklists or tickets within the App.

Locally Stored Data: Data is stored securely on your device using Flutter Secure Storage.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information collected through the App is used for the following purposes:

To enable checklist completion and ticket creation.

To allow synchronization of your work progress and tickets when requested by you.

To improve the performance, reliability, and user experience of the App.

All data entered into the App is stored locally on your device.

We use Flutter Secure Storage to encrypt and protect your data.

Data is only synced when you manually choose to do so using the sync option.

Your data remains on your device unless you explicitly choose to sync it.

5. Permissions Used

The App requires the following permission to function correctly:

Location Permission – Required for creating tickets. The App uses your device’s latitude and longitude to fetch your current address automatically. Without granting this permission, some features of the App (such as ticket creation with location details) may not work properly.

6. Children’s Privacy

Waarta I&C is not intended for children under the age of 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.

7. Your Choices

You may choose not to provide certain permissions (like location). However, this may limit the functionality of the App.

You can clear the App data or uninstall the App at any time to remove all stored data from your device.
