This privacy policy applies to the AI Video Generator – Viduzy app ("Application") developed by Araz Asgharieh Ahari ("Service Provider"). This Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use "AS IS".
1. Information Collection and Use
When you use the Application, we may collect certain information to provide and improve the user experience, including:
Your device’s IP address
The pages or features you use within the Application
Time and date of your interactions
Operating system and device type
This data is used for analytics, performance monitoring, and improving the Application’s quality.
2. Image Uploads and Face Data
The Application allows you to upload photos or videos through a file picker. These files may contain your face or other personal imagery.
Uploaded files are not processed on your device. They are securely transmitted to our backend server, and then forwarded to Vidu, a trusted third-party API that generates personalized AI video templates.
How We Use the Data:
Face-containing images are used exclusively to generate the video requested by the user. We do not use this data for identification, facial recognition, tracking, AI model training, or analytics.
Data Sharing:
We only share uploaded files with Vidu API, which processes the data solely to generate the video. No other third parties receive this data. We do not sell, rent, or share face data with any unrelated parties.
Data Storage and Retention:
The uploaded image is temporarily stored on our server and Vidu’s system only during processing, which typically takes less than one minute. After processing is complete, all face data is automatically and permanently deleted from both systems.
Security:
All data transmissions are protected using industry-standard encryption. No facial data is stored long-term on our systems or Vidu's.

3. Third-Party Services
To deliver the core functionality of the Application, we rely on one trusted third-party provider:
Vidu API – This service is used solely to process user-uploaded image or video files and return a personalized AI-generated video.
Only files that users explicitly upload (which may contain facial features) are shared with Vidu. These files are shared exclusively for the purpose of generating the requested video. No other data is shared.
We do not share any personal data with advertisers, analytics providers, or unrelated third parties. All transmissions are encrypted. All third-party services we work with are contractually obligated to handle data securely, respect user privacy, and only process data as instructed by us.

4. Opt-Out Rights
You may stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using your device’s standard app removal process.
5. Data Retention Policy
We retain user-uploaded data only for the duration of video generation.
Once the video is created, all related data (including face/image data) is deleted.

6. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that such data has been collected without parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete it.

In jurisdictions where parental consent is required (such as for users under 16 in the EU), such consent must be obtained before using the Application.
7. Security
We care about the confidentiality and integrity of your data. We implement industry-standard physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect the information we process and store.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will post all updates to this page. Continued use of the Application after any change will constitute your acceptance of the updated policy.
