Privacy Policy for Valutify

This Privacy Policy applies to the Valutify mobile application (the "App"), created by Biznow ("we," "us," or "our"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.
By using Valutify, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect and Use
To provide and improve our App, we may collect several different types of information, depending on how you choose to use Valutify:
Account Information: If you choose to securely back up your data using Google Sign-In, we collect your email address and basic profile information (such as your name) provided by Google.
Financial Data: We collect the expense, budget, and savings data you manually input into the App. If you use the App in "Guest Mode," this data is stored entirely locally on your device. If you create an account, this data is encrypted and synced to our secure cloud database to allow cross-device access.
Images and Files: If you use the receipt attachment feature, the App requires access to your device's camera and storage. These images are stored locally in your device's cache and are not shared with third parties.
2. Permissions We Request
Valutify may request the following device permissions to function fully:
Camera & Photo Library: To allow you to take photos of receipts or upload existing invoice images to attach to your expense records.
Biometrics (FaceID/Fingerprint): To secure your financial data. Biometric authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system; we do not collect, store, or have access to your biometric data.
3. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services to facilitate our App, provide features, and serve advertisements. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Firebase & Google Cloud (Backend & Authentication): We use Google Firebase to authenticate users and securely sync financial data for logged-in users.
Google AdMob (Advertising): We use AdMob to display ads. AdMob may automatically collect certain information, such as your IP address, device identifier (Advertising ID), and usage data, to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

4. Data Security
The security of your data is important to us. Valutify offers built-in security features, such as PIN and Biometric locks, to prevent unauthorized local access to your data. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
5. Data Deletion
You have the right to delete your data at any time.
Local Data: You can clear all local data directly from the App's "Settings" screen.
Cloud Data: You can request the deletion of your account and all associated cloud data by clearing your data in the Settings menu or by contacting us directly.
6. Children's Privacy
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
