Age information :
You must be at least 23 years old to rent a vehicle from Budget Jordan.
No young driver surcharge applies.
If you are over 70 years old you cannot rent from Budget Jordan.
No senior driver surcharge applies.
If you have a corporate or contracted agreement with us the requirements may be
different. Please check your contracted terms and conditions
Cancellation Policy :
Minimum 4 hours’ notice of cancellation required. Notification for
instance, in person, via email, mobile phone „text message‟, or any
other means will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing. We
reserve the right to deduct a 20 JODs charge to cover any
subsequent administrative expenses.
Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy :
Both the Client and we have the right to terminate any Services
Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are
already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is
deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes,
underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute
payment in respect of the provision of unused Services shall be
refunded.
Nature and source of the data collected:
Transit , we collect the following personal data from our users in order to provide and improve our car rental services:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Personal identification document photo
- Driver's license photo
This information is collected directly from the user when they create an account on the Transit app.

The provision of the Personal Data listed above is optional, however, in case of failure to provide the Necessary Data, the Joint Controllers will not be able to create your account and provide the services.
Failure to provide Optional Data, on the contrary, does not preclude the creation of an account and the use of the services, however in some cases the inclusion of further information may be necessary in order to access additional services. For example, your car's license plate is required to access and use paid parking services. In the absence of this information, access to the parking payment functions will be denied.
