TradeMaster Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Kido Studio ("TradeMaster", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the TradeMaster mobile application, any website that links to this Privacy Policy, and related support or subscription services.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
TradeMaster is a trading simulator and educational product. It does not provide real-money brokerage services, order execution, or investment advice.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- the TradeMaster iOS application;
- any landing page, support page, or website that links to this Privacy Policy; and
- related account, subscription, and support flows connected to the app.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use TradeMaster, we may collect and process the following categories of information:
- Account and identity information, such as your name, email address, Firebase user ID, guest user ID, and authentication identifiers associated with Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In.
- Profile and session information, such as account creation events, sign-in events, session refresh events, device-linked sessions, and secure session tokens.
- Simulation and app usage information, such as simulated portfolio data, trade history, performance data, leaderboard data, in-app preferences, and feature usage.
- Subscription and purchase information, such as product identifiers, entitlement or premium status, purchase environment, renewal status, restore events, and, where applicable, subscription mapping between eligible accounts.
- Device and technical information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, region, time zone, diagnostic events, and crash or performance data.
- Notification information, such as push tokens, notification permission status, notification preferences, and technical delivery or error logs.
- Support and communication information, such as support requests, feedback, bug reports, and other messages you send to us.
- Security and operational logs, such as request timestamps, event logs, abuse-prevention records, and service integrity logs.
We do not receive your full payment card number or full billing instrument details. Payments for App Store subscriptions are processed by Apple.
3. How We Collect Information
We collect information:
- directly from you when you create an account, sign in, use app features, contact support, or submit information to us;
- automatically through the app, backend infrastructure, analytics, diagnostics, notifications, and security systems; and
- from third-party service providers, such as Apple, Google, Firebase, and RevenueCat, when they provide us with subscription, authentication, or technical event data.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- create and manage your account;
- authenticate you and maintain secure sessions;
- provide the TradeMaster simulation experience and save your progress;
- unlock premium features, validate purchases, restore subscriptions, and synchronize entitlement status;
- improve app stability, quality, performance, and feature design;
- investigate crashes, bugs, and technical issues;
- send push notifications and apply your notification preferences;
- prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other security threats;
- provide customer support and handle account deletion or privacy requests; and
- comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our rights.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Depending on your location and applicable law, we may process your information on one or more of the following legal bases:
- performance of a contract or service relationship with you;
- our legitimate interests, including service security, product improvement, abuse prevention, debugging, and business continuity;
- compliance with legal obligations; and
- your consent, where consent is required and applicable, including device or app permissions.
6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
TradeMaster may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store.
For subscriptions:
- payment is charged to your Apple ID account when the purchase is confirmed;
- subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period;
- renewal charges may be applied by Apple before the current billing period ends;
- you can manage or cancel subscriptions and auto-renewal through your Apple account settings; and
- if applicable, trial terms or promotional terms are shown on the purchase screen and under Apple's subscription rules.
We may use RevenueCat to manage subscription infrastructure, entitlement tracking, restore flows, and backend synchronization for premium access.
App Store subscriptions are also subject to Apple's own terms and, where applicable, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA):

7. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for cross-app or cross-website advertising tracking.
We may share information:
- with service providers that help us operate the app and related services;
- when required by law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or valid legal process;
- when necessary to protect our rights, users, platform, or security; and
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, or similar business transaction.
Service providers we may use include:
- Apple, for App Store billing, subscriptions, and related platform services;
- RevenueCat, for subscription infrastructure, entitlement tracking, restores, and synchronization;
- Google Firebase, for authentication, analytics, push notifications, crash reporting, and related cloud services; and
- hosting, database, monitoring, email, and support providers.
These providers may process information on our behalf or, depending on the service, under their own terms and privacy practices.
8. International Data Transfers
Our services and service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required by applicable law, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual, technical, or organizational safeguards.
9. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:
- provide and maintain the service;
- keep account and subscription records;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations; and
- resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and applicable legal requirements.
If you delete your account or request deletion, we may delete, anonymize, or restrict access to your information, except where we are required or permitted to retain limited data for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- request access to your personal information;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- request deletion of your account or certain personal information;
- object to or request restriction of certain processing;
- request data portability where applicable; and
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You may also:
- manage push notification permissions in your device settings;
- manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in your Apple account settings; and
- contact us regarding account deletion or privacy-related requests.

11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls, authentication, secure transmission, authorization, logging, and provider-level security features. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children's Privacy
TradeMaster is not directed to children under 13 years of age. If local law requires a higher minimum age, that higher age standard applies. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice within the app, on our website, or through other appropriate channels where required.
