Privacy Policy for TickGram
Effective Date: May 21, 2026
TickGram ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our unofficial Telegram client application for Wear OS and its companion mobile application.
1. Information We Collect and Process
TickGram is a third-party client that connects directly to the official Telegram services via the official Telegram API.
- Direct Transmission: All data login credentials, phone numbers, messages, media, and contacts are transmitted directly and securely to Telegram’s official servers.
- No Personal Server Storage: We do not operate any third-party servers. Your personal data, credentials, and communication content are never intercepted, collected, stored, or transmitted to us or any other third party.
2. Third-Party Services
Our application utilizes Google Play Services to function properly on Android and Wear OS devices (such as handling app distribution and basic core functionalities). Google Play Services may collect certain information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
3. Security
The security of your data is paramount. Because TickGram relies entirely on the official Telegram API, your data benefits from the same end-to-end and cloud encryption standards provided by Telegram.
4. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
5. Contact Us
If you have any questions or suggestions about this Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact the developer.
Data Deletion Requests
TickGram does not collect, store, or manage user accounts or personal data on any external servers. All user information remains exclusively on Telegram's official infrastructure.
In-App Deletion: Users can instantly delete all local application data, cache, and secure tokens from their device by using the "Log Out" option located in the app settings.
Account Deletion: Since authentication is processed directly via the Telegram API, users wishing to permanently delete their Telegram account and all associated cloud data must do so through the official Telegram account deletion portal at: https://my.telegram.org/auth?to=delete
