1. طبيعة التطبيق
The One AI هو تطبيق مخصص لعملاء نظام TheOne ERP الحاليين، وليس نظامًا مستقلًا لإدارة الأعمال.
يتيح التطبيق للمستخدمين المصرح لهم، مثل أصحاب الشركات والمديرين والمسؤولين، الوصول إلى التقارير والمعلومات الموجودة في نظام TheOne ERP الخاص بالعميل من خلال الهاتف أو الجهاز اللوحي.
كل عميل لديه بيئة تشغيل وبيانات خاصة به، ويتم ربط التطبيق ببيئة العميل أثناء عملية التفعيل.
2. تفعيل التطبيق
يتطلب استخدام التطبيق إجراء عملية تفعيل أولية باستخدام ActiveCode.
يتم إصدار ActiveCode من قبل The One System للعملاء الذين لديهم ترخيص واستخدام لنظام TheOne ERP ويرغبون في استخدام التطبيق على أجهزتهم.
بعد إدخال ActiveCode صالح، يتم إعداد الاتصال ببيئة العميل المرتبطة بالتفعيل، ثم يظهر للمستخدم نظام تسجيل الدخول.
لا يمكن استخدام ActiveCode للوصول إلى بيانات عميل آخر أو تغيير بيانات العميل المرتبطة بالتفعيل.
3. بيانات تسجيل الدخول
بعد إتمام عملية التفعيل، يقوم المستخدم بتسجيل الدخول باستخدام بيانات الحساب الخاصة به في نظام العميل.
يتم تحديد وإدارة حسابات المستخدمين والصلاحيات من خلال مسؤول النظام لدى العميل، وفقًا لإعدادات نظام TheOne ERP.
لا تقوم The One System بإنشاء صلاحيات المستخدمين داخل نظام العميل ولا تحدد ما يمكن لكل مستخدم الوصول إليه، وإنما يتم تطبيق الصلاحيات المقررة من نظام العميل.
4. البيانات التي يمكن للتطبيق الوصول إليها
قد يعرض التطبيق البيانات والمعلومات الموجودة في نظام TheOne ERP الخاص بالعميل، وذلك وفقًا لصلاحيات المستخدم، ومنها على سبيل المثال:
- التقارير الإدارية والمالية.
- تقارير المبيعات.
- بيانات المنتجات والأصناف.
- بيانات العملاء.
- بيانات الفروع والمخازن.
- معلومات المخزون.
- المؤشرات والإحصائيات.
- التقارير والمعلومات الأخرى المتاحة للمستخدم وفقًا لصلاحياته.
هذه البيانات تخص العميل الذي يستخدم نظام TheOne ERP، ولا يتم دمج بيانات العملاء المختلفين في قاعدة بيانات واحدة داخل التطبيق.
5. تخزين بيانات العملاء
بيانات نظام TheOne ERP الخاصة بكل عميل تكون موجودة ضمن البيئة الخاصة بالعميل والخدمات وقواعد البيانات المرتبطة بنظامه.
لا تقوم The One System باستخدام بيانات العملاء لأغراض إعلانية أو بيعها أو تأجيرها لأطراف أخرى.
كما لا يتم استخدام بيانات عميل لتوفير بيانات أو معلومات لعميل آخر.
6. جمع المعلومات
قد يحتاج التطبيق إلى معالجة بعض المعلومات التقنية اللازمة لتشغيله وربطه ببيئة العميل، مثل:
- معلومات الجهاز اللازمة لإتمام عملية التفعيل.
- بيانات التفعيل ActiveCode.
- معلومات الاتصال المطلوبة للوصول إلى خدمة العميل.
- بيانات تسجيل الدخول التي يقدمها المستخدم.
- البيانات التي يتم إرجاعها من نظام TheOne ERP وفقًا لصلاحيات المستخدم.
يتم استخدام هذه المعلومات لتشغيل التطبيق وتوفير الخدمات المطلوبة فقط.
7. استخدام البيانات
تستخدم البيانات التي تتم معالجتها من خلال التطبيق للأغراض التالية:
- تفعيل التطبيق وربطه ببيئة العميل.
- التحقق من صلاحية الوصول.
- تسجيل دخول المستخدم.
- عرض التقارير والمعلومات الخاصة بالعميل.
- تنفيذ الوظائف المتاحة للمستخدم.
- تحسين استقرار وأداء التطبيق.
- معالجة الأخطاء والمشكلات التقنية عند الحاجة.
لا يتم استخدام بيانات العملاء لأغراض إعلانية أو تسويقية دون أساس قانوني أو موافقة مناسبة.
8. مشاركة البيانات
لا تقوم The One System ببيع أو تأجير أو مشاركة بيانات العملاء الشخصية أو التجارية مع أطراف خارجية لأغراض تسويقية.
الوصول إلى بيانات العميل يتم من خلال البيئة الخاصة به وبناءً على صلاحيات المستخدم التي يحددها مسؤول النظام لدى العميل.
قد يتم التعامل مع بعض المعلومات التقنية عند الحاجة لتقديم الدعم الفني أو تشغيل الخدمات، وذلك في حدود الغرض المطلوب.
9. أمان البيانات
نحن نهتم بحماية البيانات التي يتم التعامل معها من خلال التطبيق، ونسعى إلى استخدام إجراءات تقنية مناسبة لحماية بيانات التفعيل وبيانات تسجيل الدخول والاتصالات المرتبطة بالخدمة.
ومع ذلك، لا يمكن ضمان أن أي وسيلة لنقل أو تخزين البيانات عبر الإنترنت آمنة بنسبة 100%.
ننصح المستخدم بعدم مشاركة بيانات تسجيل الدخول أو ActiveCode مع أشخاص غير مصرح لهم.
10. مسؤولية حساب المستخدم
المستخدم مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول الخاصة به.
كما أن مسؤول النظام لدى العميل مسؤول عن إنشاء المستخدمين وتحديد الصلاحيات المناسبة لهم داخل نظام TheOne ERP.
إذا اشتبه المستخدم في استخدام غير مصرح به لحسابه، يجب عليه التواصل مع مسؤول النظام لدى العميل أو The One System.
11. الدفع والمشتريات
The One AI لا يوفر عمليات شراء أو دفع داخل التطبيق، ولا يتيح الوصول إلى محتوى مدفوع من خلال التطبيق.
استخدام التطبيق يعتمد على امتلاك العميل لنظام TheOne ERP والحصول على صلاحية استخدام التطبيق من خلال The One System.
12. الأطفال
التطبيق موجه إلى مستخدمي الأعمال والمهنيين، مثل أصحاب الشركات والمديرين والمستخدمين المصرح لهم داخل المؤسسات.
التطبيق ليس موجهًا للأطفال، ولا نجمع بيانات شخصية من الأطفال عن قصد.
13. الخدمات والروابط الخارجية
قد يعتمد التطبيق على خدمات أو بنية تحتية مرتبطة ببيئة العميل لتوفير البيانات والتقارير.
أي بيانات يتم الوصول إليها من خلال هذه الخدمات تخضع لطبيعة نظام العميل وإعداداته وصلاحيات المستخدم.
14. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
يتم الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وفقًا للغرض الذي يتم من أجله استخدامها وبما يتناسب مع تشغيل التطبيق وتقديم الخدمة.
عند إلغاء صلاحية المستخدم أو إيقاف خدمة العميل، قد يصبح الوصول إلى البيانات من خلال التطبيق غير متاح.
15. تحديث سياسة الخصوصية
قد نقوم بتحديث سياسة الخصوصية من وقت لآخر لمواكبة التغييرات في التطبيق أو الخدمات أو المتطلبات القانونية.

Welcome to The One AI, an application provided by The One System that specializes in providing access to reports and business information from TheOne ERP systems through mobile devices.

1. Nature of the Application
The One AI is an application designed for existing customers of the TheOne ERP system and is not an independent business management system.

Each customer has their own operating environment and data, and the application is connected to the customer's environment during the activation process.
2. Application Activation
Using the application requires an initial activation process using an ActiveCode.
ActiveCodes are issued by The One System to customers who have a valid license and use the TheOne ERP system and wish to use the application on their devices.
After entering a valid ActiveCode, the connection to the customer's associated environment is configured, and the login screen is then displayed.
An ActiveCode cannot be used to access another customer's data or modify the customer's associated data.
3. Login Information
After completing the activation process, the user logs in using their account credentials for the customer's system.
User accounts and permissions are created and managed by the customer's system administrator according to the configuration of the TheOne ERP system.
The One System does not create individual user permissions within the customer's system or determine what each user can access. The application follows the permissions configured within the customer's system.
4. Data Accessible Through the Application
Depending on the user's permissions, the application may display data and information available in the customer's TheOne ERP system, including, for example:
- Management and financial reports.
- Sales reports.
- Product and item information.
- Customer information.
- Branch and warehouse information.
- Inventory information.
- Business indicators and statistics.
- Other reports and information available to the user according to their permissions.
This information belongs to the customer using TheOne ERP, and data belonging to different customers is not combined into a single customer database within the application.
5. Customer Data Storage
Each customer's TheOne ERP data is maintained within the customer's own environment, services, and databases associated with their system.
The One System does not use customer data for advertising purposes, sell it, or rent it to third parties.
Customer data is also not used to provide data or information to another customer.
6. Information We May Process
The application may need to process certain technical information required to operate the application and connect it to the customer's environment, including:
- Device information required to complete activation.
- ActiveCode information.
- Connection information required to access the customer's service.
- Login credentials provided by the user.
- Data returned from the customer's TheOne ERP system according to the user's permissions.
This information is used only to operate the application and provide the requested services.
7. Use of Data
Data processed through the application may be used for the following purposes:
- Activating the application and connecting it to the customer's environment.

We take the protection of data handled through the application seriously and seek to implement appropriate technical measures to protect activation information, login credentials, and communications associated with the service.
However, no method of transmitting or storing information over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Users are advised not to share their login credentials or ActiveCodes with unauthorized individuals.
10. User Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
The customer's system administrator is responsible for creating user accounts and assigning appropriate permissions within TheOne ERP.
If a user suspects unauthorized use of their account, they should contact their organization's system administrator or The One System.
11. Payments and Purchases
The One AI does not provide in-app purchases or payment functionality and does not provide access to paid content through the application.
Use of the application is based on the customer's existing TheOne ERP system and authorization provided by The One System.
12. Children
The application is intended for business and professional users, such as business owners, managers, and authorized users within organizations.
The application is not directed toward children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13. External Services and Links
The application may rely on services or infrastructure associated with the customer's environment to provide data and reports.
Any data accessed through these services is subject to the nature of the customer's system, its configuration, and the user's permissions.
14. Data Retention
Data is retained according to the purpose for which it is used and as necessary to operate the application and provide the service.
When a user's authorization is revoked or the customer's service is discontinued, access to the customer's data through the application may no longer be available.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the application, services, or applicable legal requirements.
