The Application is provided as a commercial VR experience, intended for use “AS IS.”

No gameplay data, analytics, tracking, or location information is transmitted to the Service Provider or any third party.
All game progress and settings are stored locally on the user’s VR device.
The Application does not require an internet connection to function and does not access microphone, camera, or any personal files outside of gameplay.
Third-Party Services
The Application does not integrate any third-party analytics, ad networks, or tracking tools.
However, it may use Meta Quest system features (such as Guardian, controller tracking, or headset data) strictly for gameplay functionality. These are handled according to Meta’s own Privacy Policy, not by Hypnotic Games.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed toward children under 13 years old and does not knowingly collect any data from them.
If any user under 13 is found to have provided personal data, it will be deleted immediately upon notice.
Security
Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no risk of data exposure.
The Service Provider ensures that the Application runs entirely on the user’s local device without external data sharing.
