Belixo Privacy Policy

This privacy policy governs the use of the mobile application Belixo (the Application or Belixo), developed and operated by Passion Games Interactive (we, us, the Provider). The Application is distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play.
By installing or using Belixo, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Application.

Information Collection and Use
Belixo collects the limited data necessary to provide and improve the Application. The data we collect includes:
Device information — operating system, device model, IP address, basic crash and diagnostic data. Used for performance optimization and bug fixing.
Anonymous account identifier — a randomly generated device-based ID, not linked to your real name, email address, or phone number. Used to save your game progress, leaderboard scores, and Founder Pack entitlement to our backend.
Chosen in-game display name — the name you select inside the app. Visible to other players on leaderboards and in multiplayer contexts.
Gameplay data — Blitz Mode scores, completed runs, plane upgrades, Belixium currency balance, Founder badge status. Used for cross-device sync, leaderboard ranking, and tournament participation.
In-App Purchase information — transaction identifier, product identifier, and purchase date for any items you buy (such as the Founder Pack). Used by us and by Apple or Google to grant your entitlement and prevent fraud. Payment details (card numbers, billing information, your real name) are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are never seen by us.
Advertising and attribution identifiers — an anonymous, app-scoped identifier generated by our advertising partners, used to measure whether our advertising campaigns lead to installs and purchases. On iOS, Belixo does not display the App Tracking Transparency prompt and does not access your IDFA; attribution uses Apple's privacy-preserving SKAdNetwork framework instead. On Android, your advertising ID (GAID) may be used, and you can reset or limit it in your device's Google settings at any time.
App events — a small number of milestone events (app installed, app opened, first completed Blitz run, and the amount and currency of an in-app purchase) are sent to our advertising partners to measure campaign effectiveness. These events are not linked to your name, email address, or phone number.
The Application does not collect precise location, contact lists, photos, microphone audio, camera input, biometric data, health information, or browsing history. The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence systems to process your personal data.

Third Party Access
The Application uses the following third-party services. Each service's own privacy policy applies to the data they process:
Apple App Store and StoreKit — handles purchases, billing, and receipt validation when the Application is installed via the Apple App Store. Apple privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
Apple App Store Server API — used by our backend to validate Founder Pack purchases server-side via Apple's authenticated lookup. Only the purchase transactionId is transmitted; no personal Apple ID information is sent or retrieved.
Google Play Services and Google Play Billing — handles purchases, billing, and receipt validation when the Application is installed via Google Play. Google privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Google AdMob — serves banner, interstitial, and rewarded video advertisements. Because Belixo does not display the App Tracking Transparency prompt, your IDFA is not available to AdMob on iOS. On Android, AdMob may use your advertising ID (GAID), which you can reset or limit in your device's advertising settings. AdMob policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Heroic Labs Nakama — our cloud backend that stores your anonymous account, display name, leaderboard scores, and Founder Pack entitlement. Hosted in Mumbai, India. Heroic Labs policy: https://heroiclabs.com/legal/
Godot Engine — the underlying game engine framework. Does not transmit personal data to its publisher. Godot policy: https://godotengine.org/privacy-policy
Meta Platforms (Facebook) — measures the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. Receives an anonymous Meta-generated device identifier together with the app events listed above. Used to attribute installs and purchases to our campaigns and to reach similar audiences in future campaigns. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. Data shared with the services above is the minimum necessary for the Application to function as intended.

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop data collection at any time by:
Uninstalling the Application from your device.
Using the in-app Delete Account feature (Settings, then Delete Account) to permanently and immediately remove your account and all associated server-side data. See the Data Retention Policy below.
On iOS: Belixo does not request tracking permission, so no IDFA is shared with any advertising service. Install attribution uses Apple's SKAdNetwork, which reports only aggregated campaign results and cannot identify you individually.
On Android: resetting or limiting your advertising identifier via Settings, then Google, then Ads.

Data Retention Policy
We retain your anonymous account, gameplay data, leaderboard entries, and Founder Pack entitlement for as long as the Application remains active on your device or until you request deletion.
When you use the in-app Delete Account feature (Settings, then Delete Account), the following happens immediately on our backend:
Your user account record is permanently deleted.
Your leaderboard entries and Founder badge status are removed.
Your lobby and voice party presence records are scrubbed from all system registries.
Your device authentication link is severed. A future re-install of the Application would create a new, independent anonymous account with no connection to your prior data.
These deletions are atomic and irreversible. We do not retain backups beyond a 7-day operational rolling window for crash recovery purposes; after this window, deleted data is permanently gone.
Advertising and attribution identifiers, and crash/diagnostic data collected by Apple App Store, Google Play, AdMob, or Meta are governed by those services' own retention policies. Please consult the links in the Third Party Access section.

International Users and Regional Privacy Rights
For users located in the European Economic Area (GDPR), the United Kingdom (UK GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA), Brazil (LGPD), or other jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws: you have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing.
Because Belixo uses anonymous device-based authentication and does not collect direct personal identifiers (name, email address, phone number), most rights requests are satisfied automatically by the in-app Delete Account feature. Children's Privacy
Belixo is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction, such as 16 under GDPR). We do not knowingly solicit personal data from children.
If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will immediately delete the data from our records. Parents and legal guardians who believe their child has provided data to the Application should contact us at the email below.

Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
All communication between the Application and our backend is encrypted in transit via HTTPS / TLS.
Server-to-server communication with Apple's and Google's verification services is authenticated and signed.
Our backend is hosted on a managed cloud provider (Fly.io, region: Mumbai).
Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a security incident that affects your data, we will comply with applicable breach notification laws.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Application, our practices, or applicable law. When we make a material change, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this policy and, where required by law, provide additional notice through the Application or by another reasonable means.
Your continued use of the Application after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

By installing, accessing, or using Belixo, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
