This privacy policy applies to the Tetro app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by rng74 (collectively, the "Application"). rng74 is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
The Application has no user accounts. It does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, or location, and it has no sign-in of any kind.
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information automatically when you download and use it. This information may include:
• An installation identifier — a random value generated on your device the first time the Application runs. It is not your advertising identifier, it is not linked to any account, and it is erased if you uninstall the Application. Reinstalling produces a new, unrelated identifier.
• Your device model, manufacturer, and mobile operating system version.
• The version of the Application you are running.
• How you play — screens opened, runs started and finished, fights won and lost, purchases made in the in-game shop, settings changed, and the timing and duration of these events and of your play sessions.
• Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, which is received by the services described below as an unavoidable part of any internet request.
• Your advertising identifier, collected by the advertising service described under "Advertising" below.
The Service Provider uses this information to understand how the Application is played — which parts are too difficult, which items are chosen, where players stop — and to fix problems and improve the Application.
Analytics
The Application uses GameAnalytics (GameAnalytics A/S) to collect and analyse the gameplay information described above. GameAnalytics processes this data on the Service Provider's behalf and under its instructions.
Analytics collection is always on and cannot be turned off from within the Application. It does not use your advertising identifier. It uses the installation identifier described above, which does not survive uninstalling the Application.

Advertising
The Application shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). To do this, Google collects your advertising identifier, your IP address, information about how you interact with ads and with the Application, and diagnostic information about your device. Google uses this data for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention, and — unlike the analytics above — uses it for its own purposes as well as the Service Provider's.
Where required by law, the Application shows you a consent form before personalised advertising is enabled, and you may change or withdraw that choice at any time from the Application's Settings screen. You can also reset or delete your advertising identifier entirely from your device's Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads), which prevents it being used to build an advertising profile.

Purchases
The Application offers an optional one-time in-app purchase. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. The Service Provider never receives or stores your payment card details, billing address, or Google account information — only a confirmation from Google Play that a purchase was completed, so that the purchased feature can be unlocked on your device.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Application itself does not use cookies. The third-party services listed above use SDKs, device identifiers, and similar technologies to support advertising, analytics, and service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before non-essential tracking technologies are used.
Third Party Access
The information described above is transmitted to the third-party services listed below, which have their own privacy policies governing how they handle it:

The Service Provider does not sell your personal information for money. Advertising involving your advertising identifier may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law; see "Your California Privacy Rights" below.
The Service Provider may also disclose information:
• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• when it believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• to trusted service providers who work on its behalf, do not have an independent right to use the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set out in this privacy statement.
International Data Transfers
The Service Provider or its third-party service providers may transfer personal data to countries outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, the Service Provider will use appropriate mechanisms:
• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
• Adequacy decisions or other legally recognised transfer mechanisms
• Your consent, where required and legally permitted
Data protection laws in other countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held by the Service Provider, and may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact the Service Provider at nadyrcoop@gmail.com.
To make a deletion request identifiable, please include the installation identifier shown in the Application's Settings screen. Because the Application has no accounts, this identifier is the only way to locate the data associated with your device; without it the Service Provider cannot tell your data apart from any other player's. Uninstalling the Application erases the identifier from your device, so please note it before uninstalling if you intend to make a request.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
The Service Provider does not sell personal information for money. To opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, decline personalised advertising in the consent form shown by the Application, or delete your advertising identifier in your device's Android settings. Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all further collection of information from your device by uninstalling the Application. Uninstalling does not automatically delete information already transmitted; to request that, contact the Service Provider at nadyrcoop@gmail.com as described under "Your Rights".
You can limit advertising-related collection without uninstalling, by declining personalised advertising in the consent form and by resetting or deleting your advertising identifier in your device's Android settings.
Data Retention Policy
• Gameplay analytics data: retained by GameAnalytics for up to 12 months on a rolling basis, after which it is permanently anonymised or deleted.
• Advertising data: retained by Google in accordance with Google's own retention policies.
• Aggregated and anonymised data: retained indefinitely, as it no longer identifies you or your device.
• Data required for legal compliance: retained for as long as applicable law requires.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to any legal obligation to retain it.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market the Application to them.
Where parental or guardian consent is required under applicable law, the Application is not intended for use without that consent. If the Service Provider discovers that a child has provided personal information, it will delete that information from its systems. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at nadyrcoop@gmail.com so that the necessary action can be taken.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information, and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and maintains. All data collected by the Application is encrypted in transit.
Data Breach Notification
If a data breach occurs that affects your personal data, the Service Provider will notify you in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including, where required, information about the nature of the breach and the steps being taken to address it.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. Where required by law, the Service Provider will seek your consent to material changes before they take effect. Previous versions are maintained and available on request at nadyrcoop@gmail.com.

Your Consent
Where processing is based on consent, you provide that consent by affirmatively opting in to the relevant feature or action. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Processing based on other lawful bases is carried out as described above.
