AnyWidget does not collect, store, or share any personal data.

This means:

  • We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personally identifiable information.
  • We do not collect device identifiers, location data, or usage analytics.
  • We do not track user activity or behavior within or outside the app.

You can use AnyWidget completely anonymously.

 

2. Anonymous Authentication

 

Some app features use anonymous authentication through Apple to enable secure access to app functionalities.

This process is managed by Apple, and no personally identifiable data is shared with Helicon Apps LLC.

We do not receive any tokens or identifiers that can be used to identify you personally.

 

3. Subscriptions and Payments

 

AnyWidget offers optional subscription plans to unlock premium features.

All payments and subscription management are handled exclusively by Apple via your App Store account.

 

We do not collect or store your payment information.

Apple’s processing of your data is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.

 

4. Local and iCloud Data

 

All widget configurations, colors, and preferences are stored locally on your device.

If you enable iCloud synchronization, your data is securely stored in your personal iCloud account, managed by Apple.

Helicon Apps has no access to your iCloud data.

 

5. Third-Party Services

 

AnyWidget does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or external SDKs that track user behavior.

 

6. Children’s Privacy

 

Because we do not collect any personal data, AnyWidget is safe for users of all ages, including children under 13.

 

7. Data Security

 

Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there are no risks of data breaches involving your personal information.

Apple’s secure infrastructure ensures that all payments and iCloud synchronization comply with industry-standard encryption and privacy safeguards.

Terms of Service ("Terms")

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the AnyWidget mobile application (the “App”, “Service”) operated by Helicon Apps LLC (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

By downloading or using the App, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, please do not use the App.

 

1. Overview

 

AnyWidget allows users to create custom widgets for iOS devices.

Users can choose templates, customize text, numbers, or styles, and optionally connect to Google Sheets to display shared data.

AnyWidget does not require account creation and does not collect or store personal data.

 

2. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 13 years old to use AnyWidget. By using the App, You confirm that You meet this requirement.

 

3. No Accounts or User-Generated Content

 

  • You do not need to register or create an account to use AnyWidget.
  • The App does not allow users to upload, post, or share any content such as images, videos, audio, or documents.
  • All customization (text, numbers, styles) remains local to your device or, if enabled, stored in your personal iCloud account.

 

4. Google Sheets Integration

 

If you choose to connect a Google Sheet, the App can read data from a publicly shared or user-shared sheet that you select.

  • The App does not collect, store, or modify Google account credentials or data.
  • Access is read-only and occurs through Google’s secure API.
  • You are responsible for managing sharing permissions on your Google Sheet.

 

5. Subscriptions and Payments

 

AnyWidget offers optional paid subscriptions to unlock additional features.

  • Payments are handled exclusively through Apple’s App Store under your Apple ID.
  • We do not have access to or store your payment information.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your Apple ID account settings.

All billing, refunds, and cancellations are governed by Apple’s App Store policies.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

AnyWidget and all associated trademarks, design elements, and source code are the exclusive property of Helicon Apps LLC.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

 

7. Limited License

 

We grant You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AnyWidget solely for personal and non-commercial purposes, in compliance with these Terms.

 

8. Prohibited Use

 

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful or harmful activities.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or servers related to the App.
  • Copy, decompile, or modify the App or its components.
  • Misuse the App to interfere with its normal operation or with other users.

 

9. Disclaimer

 

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.

Your use of AnyWidget is at your own risk.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helicon Apps LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

 

If liability is found, it will be limited to the lesser of:

  • the amount you paid for the subscription, or
  • 100 USD.

 

11. Termination

 

You may stop using the App at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse.

 

12. Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

 

13. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, excluding its conflict of law principles.
