🧾 Cal Coach – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cal Coach mobile application (the “Application”) operated by Evolune Edgetech LLP (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the Application.

1. Use of the Application

You may use the Application for personal and non-commercial purposes in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Application or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

2. Subscription and Payments

Cal Coach offers both free and premium subscription options.

Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.

No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Evolune Edgetech LLP and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Cal Coach provides general wellness and calorie-tracking guidance for informational purposes only.
It does not provide medical advice and should not be used to diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making major dietary or fitness decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
