Thank you for using Siren Sounds.
Siren Sounds (the “Application”) is developed and provided by Oleksandr Panchenko (the “Developer,” “I,” or “me”).
By downloading, installing, purchasing a subscription through, or otherwise using the Application, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not install or use the Application.
These Terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s mandatory terms or applicable law, Apple’s terms and applicable law will prevail.
1. Eligibility
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13.
If you are under the age of legal majority in your country, you may use the Application only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Application, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms or that your parent or legal guardian has accepted them on your behalf.
2. License to Use the Application
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Usage Rules.
The Application is licensed, not sold. Installing or purchasing access to the Application does not transfer ownership of the Application, its source code, design, sounds, graphics, trademarks, or other content to you.
3. Application Features
Siren Sounds provides access to siren sounds, audio playback, ringtone-related functionality, downloads, favorites, and other features available within the Application.
Some features may be available free of charge, while others may require an active subscription.
You may use sounds made available through the Application for personal and non-commercial purposes, including as personal ringtones or notification sounds where supported.
You may not resell, commercially distribute, publicly sublicense, or claim ownership of sounds or other content obtained through the Application.
The availability of ringtone installation, downloads, sharing, and other features may depend on your device, operating system, region, and Apple’s platform restrictions.
4. Free Version and Advertising
The free version of the Application may contain advertising provided by Google AdMob.
Advertisements and linked third-party content are provided by third parties. I do not control and am not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party advertisements or websites.
Your use of advertising services is also subject to the applicable policies of Google and other involved service providers.

5. Subscriptions and Premium Access
The Application may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide Premium Access.
Premium benefits may include removal of advertisements, access to premium sounds, increased download limits, or other features displayed on the subscription screen at the time of purchase.
Available subscription plans, billing periods, prices, currencies, trial periods, and benefits are shown in the Application and the App Store before purchase. Prices may vary by country or region.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account after you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date shown by Apple. Your Apple Account will be charged for each renewal at the price shown by Apple, subject to any price changes accepted or communicated according to Apple’s rules.
You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account settings:
Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → Siren Sounds
Deleting the Application does not cancel an active subscription.

6. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
A subscription may include a free trial, introductory price, or promotional offer if displayed before purchase.
Eligibility, duration, pricing, and renewal conditions are determined by Apple and shown on the purchase screen.
Unless canceled before the applicable renewal date, a trial or promotional subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the displayed price.
7. Restoring Purchases
You may restore eligible subscriptions using the “Restore Purchases” option in the Application.
Restoration requires access to the Apple Account originally used to complete the purchase. Purchase availability and restoration are managed by Apple.
8. Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple. I do not directly receive or store your payment card information and cannot independently approve App Store refunds.
Refund eligibility and processing are governed by Apple’s policies and applicable consumer law.
To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or review Apple’s refund instructions.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund or consumer rights available under applicable law.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Application for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- interfere with the normal operation or security of the Application;
- introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technology;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or related systems;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the Application’s source code, except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
- copy, modify, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the Application or its content except as expressly permitted by these Terms;
- remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices;
- use the Application or its content to violate the intellectual property or other rights of another person;
- use automated tools to access, scrape, or interfere with the Application.
10. Intellectual Property
The Application and its original content, design, interface, graphics, software, trademarks, and other materials are owned by or licensed to the Developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party names, trademarks, sounds, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
No rights are granted to you except the limited right to use the Application under these Terms.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Application is subject to the Siren Sounds Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled by the Application and its third-party service providers.
The Privacy Policy is available through the Application, its App Store listing, or the website associated with the Application.
12. Third-Party Services
The Application may use or provide access to third-party services, including:
- Apple App Store and StoreKit;
- Google AdMob;
- Google User Messaging Platform;
- external websites opened through links.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. I am not responsible for the availability, content, security, or operation of services controlled by third parties.
13. Updates and Availability
I may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application to improve functionality, maintain compatibility, address security issues, comply with legal requirements, or for other legitimate reasons.
Some updates may be required to continue using the Application.
I do not guarantee that the Application or every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
I do not guarantee that:
- the Application will always operate without interruption or errors;
- all sounds or features will always remain available;
- the Application will be compatible with every device or operating system;
- defects will always be corrected immediately;
- third-party advertisements, websites, or services will be accurate or available.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of certain warranties, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- your use of or inability to use the Application;
- loss of data or device settings;
- interruption or unavailability of the Application;
- third-party advertisements, services, or websites;
- unauthorized access caused by circumstances outside the Developer’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
16. Termination
You may stop using the Application at any time by deleting it from your device. Deleting the Application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Your right to use the Application may be suspended or terminated if you materially violate these Terms or use the Application unlawfully.
After termination, provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution will continue to apply where appropriate.
17. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes to the Application, subscriptions, legal requirements, or third-party services.
The updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Application after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes where permitted by law.
If applicable law requires additional notice or consent, it will be provided.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available in your country of residence.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact me so that an attempt can be made to resolve the issue informally.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from submitting a complaint to a competent consumer-protection authority or court where such rights are provided by law.
