1) Contracting document
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs access to and use of the iOS application “Stocks 2 Buy” (“Application”). For distribution via Apple’s App Store, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”) also applies.
2) License grant and scope
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to install and use the Application on Apple-branded devices owned or controlled by the End User, as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules. No rights are granted to rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
3) Service tiers and pricing
Free tier (ad-supported): short-term and mid-term trade ideas; stock-type analyzer.
Subscription tier (ad-free): fundamental analysis, stock screener, and efficient investment portfolio builder.
Pricing: USD 29.99/year and USD 299/year, recurring until canceled or changed in accordance with Section 4. Prices may vary by region and applicable taxes.
4) Auto-renewable subscriptions (App Store terms)
Payment is processed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal time. Renewal charges may be applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscription management and cancellation are performed via Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions.
5) Market data and advisory disclaimer
The Application provides educational market information and analytical tools only. No personalized investment advice, brokerage services, or fiduciary duties are provided. Financial markets involve risk, including potential loss of principal. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
6) Acceptable use
The Application shall not be used to violate laws or third-party rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, harvest data, or interfere with networks or services. Automated access not provided by the Application is prohibited.
7) Third-party services
Functionality may rely on third-party services (e.g., analytics, crash reporting, advertising networks for the free tier, cloud hosting). Use of such services may be subject to those parties’ terms and privacy notices.
8) Intellectual property
All content, code, features, and trademarks in the Application are owned by S Sanzhi Kobzhanov or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
9) Maintenance and support; Apple provisions
Maintenance and support obligations, if any, are the responsibility of S Sanzhi Kobzhanov. Apple bears no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Application. In case of non-conformity to any applicable warranty, Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) pursuant to the Apple Standard EULA; Apple has no further warranty obligations.
10) Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
11) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S Sanzhi Kobzhanov, affiliates, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to the Application.
12) Indemnification
End Users shall indemnify and hold harmless S Sanzhi Kobzhanov and affiliates from claims and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from breach of this EULA or misuse of the Application.
13) Termination
This EULA remains effective until terminated. License rights terminate automatically upon breach. Upon termination, the Application must be uninstalled and all copies destroyed. Sections intended to survive (including 8–12) survive termination.
14) Changes
This EULA may be updated from time to time. Continued access to the Application after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.
