Privacy Policy for String Master: Tennis Log

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application "String Master: Tennis Log" (displayed as "String Master" on devices) for mobile devices that was created by the developer. The Application is a utility tool designed to help tennis players manage their stringing logs, equipment details, and monitor string health.

1. What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Data The Application obtains the information you provide when you use the Application. We collect:

Tennis Equipment Details: Racket brand, model name, string specifications, and tension settings.

Activity Logs: Stringing dates, usage hours, and performance feedback.

Profile Preferences: Your NTRP level and physical condition status (e.g., tennis elbow) to provide customized recommendations.

2. Authentication Data We currently use Anonymous Authentication (Guest Mode). We assign a unique User ID to your device installation to store your data securely. We do not collect your email address, name, or phone number in this mode.

3. How we use your data We use the collected data for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain the Service (saving your stringing history).

To calculate string lifespan and health based on your usage hours.

To recommend suitable tennis strings based on your profile and equipment.

4. Third Party Access We use Supabase as our backend service provider for database hosting and authentication. Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers.

5. Data Retention and Deletion Policy We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

How to delete your data:

Open the String Master app.

Navigate to the Profile (or Settings) screen.

Tap the "Delete Account" button.

Confirm the action in the popup dialog.

Result: Your User ID, Racket information, and Stringing Logs will be immediately and permanently deleted from our servers.

Important Note regarding Guest Mode: Since this Application currently uses Anonymous Guest Login, we do not store personal identifiers like email or phone numbers. Therefore, if you simply uninstall the Application without using the "Delete Account" button, we will be unable to identify or delete your orphaned data upon email request. Please perform the deletion process within the app before uninstalling.
