TechBrain ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This privacy policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use the TechBrain app ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described in this Policy.

Information we collect

We collect personal information from you when you use the TechBrain app. This may include information such as your name, email address, and other identifiers, payment information and history. We may also collect technical information about your device and your use of the app, such as your IP address, browser type, hardware, and other usage data.

How we use your information

This information is collected for the purpose of maintaining app functionality, facilitating in-app purchases and other analytical purposes. This information is sent to our third-party database providers, Google LLC d/b/a Firebase ("Firebase") and revenueCat, services provided by Google LLC and revenueCat respectively. Firebase and revenueCat may use this information in order to provide services to TechBrain, determine platform and version adoption, facilitate purchases, as well as analyze in-app purchase trends, in order to better inform Techbrain, Firebase and revenueCat feature decisions.

Sharing of your information

We may share your personal information with third parties for the purposes described in this Policy, including but not limited to our service providers, business partners, and legal authorities. We may also share your personal information in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business.

Children's Privacy

TechBrain is generally not directed at children under the age of 16 and we do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 16 in a manner not permitted by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If a parent or guardian believes that we have collected information from their child in a manner not permitted by law, they can contact us through our Help Center and we will remove the data to the extent required by applicable law. We do not sell the personal information of minors under the age of 16 who are California residents, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. If a California resident under the age of 18 is registered to use our Service, they can request to have any content or information they have posted on the Service removed. To make this request, they can email us at the address listed in the "info@techbrainllc.com" section with "California Under 18 Content Removal Request" in the subject line, and tell us what they would like removed. We will make a genuine effort to remove the content from public view, but we cannot provide a full guarantee of its removal. The content may be retained for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or to enforce our agreements.

Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.
