2.1 Google AdMob
Our App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob is a third-party advertising service provided by Google LLC.
AdMob may collect and use the following information:

- Uninstalling the App will remove locally stored game data

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

17. BETA TESTING & TESTER FEEDBACK PROGRAM
17.1 Data Collection via Google Forms
If you choose to participate in our beta testing or feedback program, we collect your email address and any feedback you voluntarily provide through Google Forms, a service operated by Google LLC. Submission of this form constitutes voluntary consent to this data collection.
This information is used exclusively to:
- Contact you for follow-up questions or additional feedback sessions
- Improve the App based on tester input
We will not use your email address for marketing or promotional purposes, will not sell it to any third party, and will not share it with anyone outside of our core development team.

17.3 Voluntary Participation & Data Removal
Participation in the beta testing feedback program is entirely voluntary. You may request removal of your email address and any associated data from our records at any time by contacting us at the address listed in Section 15. We will honor such requests within a reasonable timeframe.
17.4 Intellectual Property & Ownership of Feedback
By submitting any feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, creative concepts, or other content ("Feedback") through our testing or feedback program, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All Feedback you submit becomes the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Galactic Rush and its developers immediately upon submission.
- You assign to us all rights, title, and interest in and to your Feedback, including all intellectual property rights worldwide, without restriction.
- We may use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, or incorporate your Feedback into the App or related products for any purpose, at any time, without acknowledgment, credit, or compensation to you.
- We are under no obligation to implement, review, acknowledge, or respond to any Feedback submitted.
- You represent and warrant that your Feedback is your own original contribution and does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.
- You waive any moral rights or similar rights you may have in the Feedback to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
17.5 No Compensation
You expressly agree that:
- No compensation, payment, royalties, revenue sharing, credits, rewards, or other consideration of any kind will be provided to you for any Feedback, ideas, suggestions, improvements, or contributions submitted, regardless of whether such Feedback is used or incorporated into the App.
- Participation as a beta tester does not create any employment, independent contractor, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between you and us. You are not entitled to any wages, benefits, or other compensation.
- Any early access to the App, beta builds, or unreleased features provided to you in connection with testing is provided purely as a courtesy and does not constitute compensation, create any contractual obligation on our part, or entitle you to any future access or continued involvement.
- Submission of Feedback is made on a gratuitous, unsolicited basis, and we shall have no liability to you in connection with your participation.
17.6 Confidentiality
As a beta tester, you may be given access to unreleased features, builds, game content, or information that is not yet publicly available. You agree to keep all such information strictly confidential and agree not to:
- Publicly share, post, stream, broadcast, or distribute screenshots, recordings, descriptions, or details of unreleased features or App content
- Discuss or disclose confidential beta content on social media, forums, review platforms, or any other public channel
- Use any confidential information for purposes other than providing feedback to us
This confidentiality obligation remains in effect until we publicly release the relevant content or provide written permission for disclosure.
