TAKLIF App

Welcome to TAKLIF! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TAKLIF mobile application and platform (the "App"), operated by Ruya (the "Company"). By using our App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and applicable laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

 

1. DEFINITIONS

  • “User” – Any person who accesses or uses the TAKLIF App, whether as a Job Poster (who posts jobs) or a Job Seeker (who applies for and completes jobs).
  • “Job Poster” – An individual or legal entity that posts jobs and pays a fee for listing them.
  • “Job Seeker” – A freelancer, contractor, or service provider offering services through TAKLIF.
  • “Services” – Any work, task, or service performed by a Job Seeker for a Job Poster.
  • “Platform” – The TAKLIF App, website, and associated services.
  • “Personal Data” – Any information about a user that allows them to be identified (as defined in the Law on Personal Data Protection of Uzbekistan).

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use TAKLIF, you must:
✅ Be at least 18 years old (or have legal parental consent).
✅ Provide true and accurate information upon registration.
✅ Comply with Uzbekistan’s tax and labor laws when engaging in transactions on TAKLIF.

The Company reserves the right to verify user information and suspend or terminate accounts if false data is provided.

 

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

  • Users must register an account and provide accurate contact details.
  • Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, report it immediately to TAKLIF support.

 

4. SERVICES & USER OBLIGATIONS

4.1 Obligations of Job Posters

Job Posters must pay a posting fee when listing a job.
✔ They must accurately describe tasks and ensure legal compliance.
✔ Payments for completed work must be processed securely via the App or as per the agreed method.

4.2 Obligations of Job Seekers

Job Seekers act as independent contractors, not employees of TAKLIF.
✔ They must complete tasks on time and ensure quality service.

 

5. PAYMENT TERMS & TAXATION

  • Job Posters must pay a service fee to list a job. This fee is non-refundable.
  • Payments for services must be made via Uzbekistan’s official payment systems (e.g., Payme, Click, UzumPay).
  • Users are responsible for their own tax declarations under Uzbek law.
  • TAKLIF does not act as an employer and does not deduct income tax or social security contributions from Job Seekers.

 

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & LIABILITY

  • TAKLIF acts solely as a marketplace connecting Job Posters and Job Seekers and does not guarantee or assume responsibility for the quality, completion, or outcome of any service provided.
  • Users are solely responsible for managing their agreements, including defining job expectations, payment terms, and any additional conditions.
  • TAKLIF is not liable for any dissatisfaction, incomplete work, disputes over payment, or any other issues arising between Users.
  • Users must attempt to resolve disputes directly through mutual negotiation.
  • If a dispute cannot be resolved, Users may escalate the matter to TAKLIF’s support team, which may offer guidance but is not obligated to mediate or enforce any resolution.
  • TAKLIF does not issue refunds or compensation for service-related disputes.
  • Any claims, disputes, or legal matters between Users shall be governed by the Civil Code of Uzbekistan and the Consumer Protection Law.
  • TAKLIF reserves the right to suspend or remove users engaging in fraudulent activities, misconduct, or repeated violations of platform policies, but it does not intervene in personal or contractual disputes between Users.

 

7. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

  • Job Posters may cancel their job listing, but the posting fee is non-refundable.
  • If a Job Seeker does not fulfill a task, the Job Poster may request a refund of the agreed service fee (if applicable).
  • Refund requests must comply with Uzbekistan’s Consumer Protection Law and TAKLIF’s dispute resolution process.

 

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users may not:
🚫 Use TAKLIF for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities.
🚫 Post misleading, offensive, or prohibited job listings.
🚫 Engage in discrimination, harassment, or abuse.
🚫 Conduct transactions outside the TAKLIF platform (for security reasons).

TAKLIF reserves the right to ban or suspend accounts violating these policies.

 

9. PRIVACY POLICY & PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

  • TAKLIF collects and processes personal data in accordance with Uzbekistan’s Law on Personal Data Protection (2019).
  • Users consent to the storage and processing of their data when using the App.
  • Personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except when required by law.

 

10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

  • TAKLIF may update these Terms at any time.
  • Users will be notified of major changes via email or in-app notifications.
  • Continued use of TAKLIF after updates means you accept the new Terms.

 

11. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • Any legal disputes will be resolved in Uzbekistan’s courts.
