Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Swiper - Clean Storage app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Burhan Uddin (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:

- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
- Your mobile device type and operating system
- General app usage and interaction data, such as app launches, screen interactions, and feature usage
- Crash, diagnostics, and performance-related information
- Purchase and paywall-related event data, such as product identifiers and display price for in-app purchases
- Advertising and attribution-related identifiers, including device identifiers where permitted by you and applicable law

Photo Library Access

The Application requests access to your photo library so that it can display, review, favorite, and delete photos you choose to manage in the Application.

Photo and video content is processed on your device for the core functionality of the Application. The Service Provider does not upload your photo library content to its own servers through the Application's core photo-cleaning functionality.

The Application may access metadata associated with your photo library items, such as whether an item is a Live Photo, date information, dimensions, favorite status, and similar library attributes required to provide the Application's features.

Tracking Permission

The Application may request permission to track you using Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework. If you grant permission, the Application and its third-party partners may access certain device identifiers, such as the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), for advertising attribution, analytics, and campaign measurement.

If you deny permission, tracking-related identifiers available through AppTrackingTransparency will not be accessed through that permission flow.

Artificial Intelligence

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your personal data or provide core features at this time.

Personally Identifiable Information

The Application does not require you to create an account and does not directly collect information such as your name, email address, or phone number through the core app experience, except where you choose to contact the Service Provider directly.

Any information you provide when contacting the Service Provider will be used only to respond to your inquiry or provide support.

Third Party Access

The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or your device, or that may process analytics, attribution, and purchase-related event data.

The Application currently uses the following third-party service:

- TikTok App Events SDK / TikTok for Business, for analytics, advertising attribution, and campaign measurement

TikTok may receive certain data from the Application, which can include device identifiers (where permitted), app event data, usage and interaction data, and purchase-related event information. This helps the Service Provider understand app performance, measure advertising effectiveness, and improve marketing efforts.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy policy.

Data Retention

The Service Provider will retain automatically collected data for as long as necessary to provide the Application, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Data stored locally on your device, such as review state, app usage counters, and similar application preferences, may remain on your device until you remove the Application or clear the data through your device settings where applicable.

If you contact the Service Provider and want any information you directly provided deleted, you may contact them at mid_runoff4y@icloud.com and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If the Service Provider learns that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted as soon as reasonably possible. If you believe that a child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at mid_runoff4y@icloud.com.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.
