A. App Functionality & Privacy

| How do I use the App? | Tap "Start Creation", select a photo from your phone's gallery, choose an AI style, and tap "Generate." The AI art will appear within seconds. |
| Where is my photo processed? | The photo is uploaded to our secure AI server for generation. Crucially, your original photo is deleted from our servers immediately after the AI art is created. |
| Where are my generated images saved? | When you tap the "Save" button, the final AI image is saved locally to your device’s photo gallery or camera roll. We do not store your Output images. |
| Do I need to sign in? | No. The App is designed to be used without an account or sign-in to protect your privacy. |
B. Subscriptions, Billing, and Ads

| How do I stop seeing ads? | Ads appear in the free version of the App. To remove all ads and unlock unlimited creation, you must purchase a Pro Subscription (weekly or monthly) via the App Store. |
| How do I cancel my subscription? | Subscriptions are managed entirely by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android). You must cancel the subscription directly through your device's account settings, not within the app itself. |
| I was charged, but my Pro features are missing. | First, try completely closing and relaunching the App. If the issue persists, please use the "Restore Purchase" option (usually found in the settings/upgrade menu). If this fails, contact us with your Purchase ID. |
| Can I get a refund? | All refund requests for subscriptions are handled by the platform where you made the purchase. Please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly as we do not process payments. |

| Why is my AI generation taking so long? | Generation time can vary based on network speed and current server load. If you are a free user, you may be in a queue. Pro Subscribers receive priority processing. |
| The App crashed while generating art. | Please ensure your app is updated to the latest version. If it continues to crash, please contact us and specify your device model and OS version so we can investigate. |
| The image quality looks poor. | Quality can sometimes be affected by the size of the original photo. Try using a high-resolution source photo. |
