Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Sudoku application for mobile devices (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), created by Erkan ÇELİK (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as an advertising-supported service. This service is designed to be used "as is".
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not require you to create an account or manually provide any personal information in order to use it.
However, the Application uses third-party services (such as advertising and analytics providers) that automatically collect certain information from your device. This information may include:
- Device or other identifiers, such as your device's Advertising ID (AAID/GAID) and similar unique identifiers;
- Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address;
- Approximate (coarse) location information derived from your IP address;
- App interaction and usage information, such as the pages of the Application you visit, the time and date of your visits, and the time spent in the Application;
- Diagnostics data, such as crash logs and performance information;
- General information about your device, such as the device model, operating system version, and language settings.
This information is collected and used primarily to serve and personalize advertisements, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and improve the stability and performance of the Application.
The Application does not collect precise (GPS) location information from your mobile device.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.
If you contact the Service Provider directly (for example by e-mail), the Service Provider may use the information you provide (such as your e-mail address) to respond to you and, from time to time, to provide you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.
Third-Party Access
The Application uses third-party services that may collect and process the information described above in accordance with their own privacy policies. Data collected by these services (such as device identifiers) is transmitted off your device to those third parties. In addition, only aggregated, anonymized data may be periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and its services.
The Service Provider may disclose User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information in the following circumstances:
- when required by law, for example to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your or others' safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- when they cooperate with trusted service providers and organizations that do not independently use the information disclosed to them and have agreed to comply with the rules set out in this privacy statement.
Advertising and Your Choices
The Application displays advertisements served by third-party advertising networks (AdMob and Unity Ads). These networks may use your device's Advertising ID to serve personalized advertising.
You can limit or reset the use of your Advertising ID at any time through your device settings:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (the exact wording may vary by device and Android version).
Right to Opt Out
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User-Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically collected information is retained by the relevant third-party services in accordance with their own privacy policies. If you would like the Service Provider to delete User-Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at celkrkan@gmail.com and they will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly use the Application to collect data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application is not aimed at anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If the Service Provider determines that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information, it will immediately delete that information from its servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider (celkrkan@gmail.com) so that they can take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider takes the confidentiality of your information seriously. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
