Payvider helps you manage trip expenses, split balances, scan receipt slips using local AI, and sync or share trip data with friends. ### A. Account, Sync, and Subscription Information
When you support us by feeding the dogs (subscribing or purchasing themes) or using cloud sync, we may process:
* **Subscription Status & Tier:** Active tier information (Level 1: Pomeranian, Level 2: Corgi, Level 3: Golden Retriever) to unlock the respective number of premium theme slots.
* **Purchase Transaction Identifiers:** App Store purchase verification and receipt validation data via Apple StoreKit.
* **Email Address (Optional):** If you choose to use the "Sync with email" feature to synchronize and back up your trip details across devices, we collect your email address.

> **We do not directly collect, process, or store your credit card or financial billing details.** All in-app purchases and subscriptions are securely managed and processed by Apple through the App Store.
### B. Photos and Receipt Data (On-Device OCR & MLX AI)
Payvider includes features that allow you to scan receipts and expense slips:
* **Camera and Photo Library Access:** If you grant permission, the app accesses your camera or photo library to scan receipts.
* **Receipt Monitoring:** If you explicitly enable the "Monitor Receipts in Photos" feature, the app looks for new receipts in your photo library.
* **On-Device Analysis:** All text recognition, price detection, and slip analysis are performed **entirely on your device** using local AI models (MLX AI and OCR).

### C. Local Network and Sharing Data
Payvider offers a peer-to-peer trip sharing feature:
* **Wifi & Bluetooth Connect:** When you use the "Wifi Connect" or "Bluetooth Connect" feature to share trip data with friends, the app utilizes your local network or Multipeer Connectivity.
* **Peer-to-Peer Transfer:** Trip names, participant names, and expense summaries are transferred directly between devices.
* **No Server Storage:** This data is sent directly to the other device and is not routed through or stored on our servers.
### D. Device and Diagnostic Data
To keep the app running smoothly, we may collect limited technical data:
* Device model and iOS version
* App version and crash logs
* Performance diagnostics and feature usage statistics (e.g., local AI model usage, theme selections)
This diagnostic data is used solely to troubleshoot bugs, prevent crashes, and improve general app performance.
