2.1. Data obtained from the Meta platform

These are provided automatically when you use a Meta (Oculus) headset and launch the game:

Meta User ID (unique identifier provided by Meta)

Username / Display Name

Age category / age group (as provided by Meta)

Region (country-level only) — used strictly for matchmaking and server selection

2.2. Data generated inside the game

Internal player ID (created by us to maintain multiplayer functionality)

We do NOT collect:

precise location

camera images or microphone data

biometric data

payment information

friend lists

email

real name

contacts

We strictly limit collection to what is necessary for gameplay and multiplayer services.

3. How We Use the Collected Data

We use the above information exclusively for the following purposes:

Player identification in multiplayer sessions

Matchmaking and assigning the user to the best available server based on region

Preventing fraud, cheating, and abuse

Ensuring stable and secure network functionality

Enabling player-to-player interaction

We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or marketing.

We do not sell, rent, transfer, or share data with third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is handled securely using Meta Platform APIs.

Some minimal technical or multiplayer-related data may be stored on our backend servers (if applicable) solely to provide core game functionality.

Data is transmitted and processed in accordance with Meta’s privacy requirements.

We implement reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

5. Children’s Privacy

Stuff: Horror is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from users under the required age.
If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the data immediately.
