Stream n Watch Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Stream n Watch mobile and wearable application (the “Application”), developed and operated by Siliware Concepts (the “Service Provider”) as a commercial service. The Application is provided “AS IS.”

The Application may collect certain information when you download and use it. This information may include:

Pages or features of the Application you access
The time, date, and duration of your usage
Application performance and usage statistics
Your device operating system and version
This information is used to operate, maintain, and improve the Application.
Location Data Collection
Location Information We Collect
With your permission, Stream n Watch may access and collect location data, including background location.
Location data may be collected:
While the Application is actively in use (foreground)
While the Application is closed or not actively in use (background)
The Application does not collect precise GPS coordinates beyond what is necessary to provide its core functionality.
How Location Data Is Used
Location data is collected only to support essential Application features, including:
Enabling and maintaining uninterrupted streaming services on Wear OS devices
Determining regional availability of streaming content
Optimizing app performance, reliability, and service delivery
Location data is not used for advertising, marketing, or user profiling.
Background Location Access & Disclosure
Certain features require continued functionality even when the Application is not open. For this reason, Stream n Watch may collect location data while running in the background.
Before requesting background location permission:
Users are shown a clear and prominent in-app disclosure
Users must provide explicit consent
Background location access is enabled only after consent is granted
Users may deny or revoke background location access at any time through device settings.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or location data.
Information may be shared only in the following situations:
When necessary to operate essential Application services
With trusted service providers acting on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements
When required by law, legal process, or government request
To protect the rights, safety, or security of users or the Service Provider
Any shared data is limited to what is necessary and handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Data Retention
Location and usage data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and is securely deleted thereafter.
User-provided data is retained while you use the Application and for a reasonable period thereafter, unless a deletion request is made.

User Control & Choices
Users can:
Grant or deny location permissions at any time through device settings
Disable background location access without uninstalling the Application
Continue using the Application with limited functionality if location access is denied
Stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application
Third-Party Services
The Application may periodically transmit aggregated and anonymized data to third-party services to improve functionality and performance. These third parties are not permitted to use the data for independent purposes.
Children’s Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.

Users must be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent where required by law) to consent to data processing.
Security
