This privacy policy applies to the Stitchora – Crochet & Knitting mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") created by Emirhan Salihoğlu (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service with optional Premium features.

Our application utilizes Google Gemini AI (a third-party AI service) to process user-inputted chat messages to provide relationship guidance. We do not share personally identifiable information with this service and require explicit user consent before any interaction.

1. Health Data and Local Storage

The Application is designed to help you track and analyze your cholesterol levels.

  • Local Storage: All cholesterol records, dates, and health-related data you enter into the Application are stored locally on your device (using SharedPreferences).
  • No Server Sync: The Service Provider does not upload, store, or process your health data on any external servers.
  • Control: Because your data stays on your device, you have full control over it. Deleting the Application will remove all locally stored health data.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The Application offer Premium features through a subscription model. To provide these services, we use RevenueCat as our third-party subscription management platform.

  • Processing: When you make a purchase, RevenueCat and Apple process your transaction.
  • Data Collected: RevenueCat may collect anonymous device identifiers (such as IDFV or Subscriber ID), purchase history, and device type to manage your subscription status and grant access to Premium features.
  • Financial Info: The Service Provider does not collect or store your credit card or bank account information. All payments are handled securely by the Apple App Store.

3. Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Application, certain non-personal information may be collected automatically to improve performance and user experience:

  • Your device's operating system (iOS/iPadOS version).
  • Device model and language settings.
  • Application usage statistics (e.g., features accessed, time spent).
  • IP Address (for standard analytics and service protection).

4. Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application. We use:

  • RevenueCat: To manage In-App Purchases and subscription entitlements.
  • Apple: To process payments and provide crash reports (if opted-in by the user).

We do not sell your health data or personal information to third parties or advertising networks.

5. No Account Requirement

Lipidra does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or log in to use the basic or premium features. Your identity remains anonymous to the Service Provider.

6. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 4. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided data, please contact us.

7. Security

The security of your information is important. We utilize standard device-level encryption and security measures provided by the mobile operating system to protect your data stored on the device.

9.Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party Processing

To provide you with personalized relationship advice and insights, our application utilizes Google Gemini AI, a third-party artificial intelligence service provided by Google.

What data is shared: Only the text messages you input into the chat interface are transmitted to Google Gemini AI. We do not share any other personal information, such as your name, email address, device identifiers, or location data with the AI service.

Purpose of processing: This data is shared solely for the purpose of generating context-aware responses and relationship guidance based on your questions.

Data Protection: The shared data is processed in accordance with Google's privacy and security standards. We do not use your chat history for marketing purposes or share it with any other third parties. By using our AI-powered features, you acknowledge and agree to this processing as required for the application's core functionality.
