Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Stack Dice app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Ax store (collectively, the "Application"). Ax store is referred to as the "Service Provider".

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application may collect and process certain device and user identifiers necessary for the operation, improvement, analytics, attribution, security, and performance of the Application.

The information that may be collected includes:

Device ID – an identifier associated with the device used to access the Application.

Advertising ID – a device advertising identifier, where available and permitted by the device settings and applicable platform rules.

User ID – an internal or generated identifier used to distinguish users or installations within the Application.

These identifiers may be used to maintain Application functionality, understand usage, measure performance, troubleshoot technical issues, prevent abuse, and support advertising or attribution features where applicable.

Registration is not required, and the Application does not require users to provide their real name, physical address, phone number, or other directly identifying personal information in order to use the Application.

When the Application connects to the Internet, standard technical information such as an IP address may also be temporarily processed as part of normal network communication.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Certain identifiers, including Device ID, Advertising ID, or User ID, may be processed by third-party service providers used to support Application functionality, analytics, advertising, attribution, security, or technical infrastructure.

Such third parties may process information in accordance with their applicable privacy practices and only for purposes related to the services they provide.

The Service Provider does not sell users' personal information.

Advertising Identifiers

Where supported by the operating system, the Application may access an Advertising ID for advertising, analytics, attribution, or related purposes.

Users may be able to limit, reset, or restrict the use of their Advertising ID through their device privacy settings. The availability of these controls depends on the operating system and device.

What are my opt-out rights?

You may stop further collection of information by uninstalling the Application.

You may also use the privacy and advertising settings available on your device to restrict or reset the Advertising ID where supported.

If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request access to or deletion of that information by contacting ft5fjbvfds@gmail.com.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 16 years of age, or such higher age as may be required by applicable law.

The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or knowingly market the Application to children.

If the Service Provider becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a child in violation of applicable law, reasonable steps will be taken to delete such information.

Security

The Service Provider uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through the Application.

However, no electronic transmission, storage system, or security measure can guarantee absolute security.
