1. How do I start a tracking session?
Tap the "Start Session" button at the bottom of the dashboard. This activates the high-precision GPS and motion sensors. You will hear the coach announce "Session Started."

2. How does the "Countdown" work?
Once a session is active, select your target distance (100m, 200m, 400m, etc.) and tap "Countdown." The app will provide a 10-second vocal countdown. Tracking begins precisely at the sound of the gunshot.

3. How do I view my workout history?
Tap the "History" button to open your training log. You can view your max speed, cadence, and a detailed acceleration graph for every session and sprint interval.

4. Why is my speed showing as 0.0 mph while I am standing still?
This is our Iron Lock™ stationary shield. It intelligently filters out GPS "jitter" and drift while you are preparing at the start line, ensuring your statistics start from a perfect zero.

5. I cannot hear the coaching voice or gunshot.
• Ensure your iPhone's Silent Switch is OFF.
• Check that the Volume is turned up.
• Verify that "Voice" is toggled ON in the app dashboard.

6. How do I export my data to a spreadsheet?
Sprint Lightning Pro members can export their entire history to a CSV file. Go to History and tap the "Share" icon or "Export All" button to generate a report.

Your performance data is your own. Sprint Lightning stores all training history locally on your iPhone using Apple's encrypted storage. We do not transmit your location or fitness data to external servers.
