You can chat with the Rozy support team directly inside the app. Here's how it works:
- Your messages are securely stored so we can read and reply to them.
- We link your messages to your user ID and name so we know who to reply to.
- Only authorized Rozy team members can see your support messages.
- You can delete your messages anytime — once deleted, they're gone permanently.
- Please don't share passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in support chat.
- You can request to delete your entire chat history by contacting us.
- All data is protected with secure encryption.
