Subscription Terms and Conditions for SpeakAI

1. Introduction

Welcome to SpeakAI, a health tracking application designed to help you monitor and manage your health. By downloading or using the app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our app.

2. General Usage

By accessing SpeakAI, you agree to use the app for its intended purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized use of the app, including but not limited to reverse engineering or misuse of any information provided, is strictly prohibited.

3. Paid Subscriptions

SpeakAI offers premium features through paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play and the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be identified.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:

2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.

3. Tap "Subscriptions."

4. Find and select SpeakAI from the list.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions
