The App uses a station-based system where users select emotional states (moods) and receive curated audio environments with layered sound mixing. Some audio content may be generated or enhanced using artificial intelligence technologies.

Some audio content in the App may be generated or enhanced by artificial intelligence
Content is created programmatically and may not be unique
Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users or platforms
We do not guarantee originality or exclusivity of any content
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be subject to limitations in copyright ownership depending on applicable laws and AI providers
4. Intellectual Property
The App (including design, branding, UI, and software) is owned by Solfy
AI-generated content provided through the App may not be exclusively owned
Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only
You may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of audio content from the App
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes
Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App
Record, download, or redistribute audio content outside the App
Use AI-generated content in violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights
6. Subscriptions and Payments
We offer paid features through subscriptions, including:
Monthly subscription ($14.99/month)
Yearly subscription ($64.99/year)
Billing
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
Payments are charged through your selected platform (Apple App Store / Google Play)
Pricing may change with prior notice
Cancellation
You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your device settings
Access continues until the end of the billing period
No refunds are provided except where required by law
Free Tier
Free users have access to limited stations, timer options, and ambient layers
Premium stations offer a time-limited trial preview before requiring a subscription
