To improve app performance and stability, SnapEdge uses Firebase Crashlytics provided by Google LLC. When the application crashes or encounters technical issues, the following information may be collected:

• Android operating system version
• App version
• Date and time of errors

This information is used only for debugging and improving app reliability. Browsing history, downloaded file names, passwords, and personal content are not collected through crash reports.

2.3 Advertising Information

SnapEdge displays advertisements. These services may collect:

• Advertising ID
• Device information
• Ad interaction data

This information helps deliver advertisements and measure advertising performance.

3. Data Stored Only On Your Device

The following information remains stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us:

• Browsing history
• Downloaded files
• Browser cookies

• App preferences and settings

You can clear this information anytime from the application settings.

• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
  Required on older Android versions to save files.
• FOREGROUND_SERVICE
  Allows downloads to continue while the app runs in the background.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS
  Used for download progress and completion notifications.
• WAKE_LOCK
  Prevents downloads from stopping during active transfers.

7. Children's Privacy

SnapEdge is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Data Retention

• Crash reports may be retained by Firebase for up to 90 days.
• Advertising data retention is managed by advertising providers.
• Local application data remains on your device until deleted or the application is removed.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Advertising ID

You may reset or delete your Advertising ID:

Android Settings → Privacy → Ads

Delete Local Data

Uninstalling the application removes locally stored application data.

10. Legal Basis (EEA Users)

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), data processing through crash reporting and advertising services is based on legitimate interests for maintaining app stability and supporting free services.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will appear on this page with an updated revision date.
