SnapAndPark ("the App") is designed to help you remember where you parked. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App accesses and how it is handled.

Data Collection

SnapAndPark does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All information stays on your device.

Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Photos — images you take of your parking spot
• Location data — GPS coordinates and reverse-geocoded addresses of where you park
• Parking session data — start/end times, notes you add

This data is stored using Apple's on-device frameworks and is never sent to any server, third party, or external service.

Camera & Location Permissions

The App requests access to your device camera and location services. These permissions are used solely to photograph your parking spot and record its location. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device Settings.

Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. When you use the "Navigate Back" feature, the App opens Apple Maps or Google Maps using standard URL schemes — no data is shared beyond the destination coordinates.

Data Retention

All data remains on your device until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. We have no access to your data.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
