Smart4k 2.0 Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the Smart4k 2.0 app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Inter-Neg (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
The Application collects your device's approximate location data, which helps the Service Provider provide features such as personalized content, relevant recommendations, and location-based services. This data is used in the following ways:
- Geolocation Services: The Service Provider utilizes location data to provide personalized content, relevant recommendations, and location-based services.
- Analytics and Improvements: Aggregated and anonymized location data helps the Service Provider analyze user behavior, identify trends, and improve the overall performance and functionality of the Application.
- Third-Party Services: Periodically, the Service Provider may transmit anonymized location data to external services to enhance the Application and optimize offerings.
The Service Provider does not use the information you provide for advertising or marketing purposes without your explicit consent. The Application may contact you to provide important information, required notices, or updates related to the Application’s functionality, but it will not use your data for promotional marketing unless you opt-in.
For a better experience, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information. Such information will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy. The Application does not collect personally identifiable information unless voluntarily provided by the user (e.g., through contact forms or account creation).

Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. Additionally, the Application provides an option within its settings to delete your account, which will permanently remove all user-provided data associated with your account from our servers.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter (up to 30 days after uninstallation, unless required by law to retain longer). If you wish to delete your user-provided data, please contact the Service Provider at devteam@ziteone.com.ar, and they will respond within a reasonable time to delete your data.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will immediately delete it from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at devteam@ziteone.com.ar for removal.
Security
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information through physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information processed and maintained.
Compliance with Local Laws
