Terms and Conditions for SMAN 4 MEDAN
These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and PT Inovatif 78 ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of SMAN 4 MEDAN. By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
1. License and Access: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. User Accounts: You may need to create an account to use certain features of the Application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Privacy: Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy By using the Application, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
4. User Content: You may have the opportunity to submit content to the Application. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content.
5. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities: (a) use the Application for any illegal purpose; (b) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Application or servers or networks connected to the Application; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems through the Application.
6. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Application at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Application or us, or for any other reason.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, in no event shall PT Inovatif 78 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from
(a) your use or inability to use the Application;
(b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
9. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will post the revised Terms on the Application and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
