This privacy policy applies to the Ski Dodge Adventure app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Lexas (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
• The total time spent on the Application
• The operating system you use on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide features.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to provide important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.

WebView Usage

The Application may use a WebView component to display web content within the app. This allows the Application to show external pages (such as informational content, advertisements, or third-party resources) without opening a separate browser.

• The Service Provider does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices of these external websites

• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Unity

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or via the application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter.

If you would like them to delete your data, please contact yuvalexas@gmail.com, and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under 13. If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be deleted immediately.
